Yes i am from Pakistan. BTCR is basically revised version of bitcoin. I am giving out pre-mined BTCR to my users for free. So, i can built a community around it. LOL. ahahahahahha. Cloud mining isn't even introduced yet. I am just trying to built a community around my exchange. I just though cloud mining is the most fair way. But if not enough people are interested in cloud mining we can do a genius block. If you register right now. You will get free btcr. Which will be worth a good deal some day.
