There are several websites where you get info about upcoming ICOS:

Do your own due diligence! Don't invest in an ICO without make your own picture. It is very important that you can identify with your investments. If you are just following some twitter or bitcointalk users, you will follow the panic if the coin/token drops a bit after the distribution. It takes time to build a successful business. Be patient and watch close.

I was trying to read through other comments but this one is highly handy. thanks

Currently, they aren't ICOs worth investing. Actually, many of the latest ICOs still need to show results and use-cases.

Something to look up to. ETC comes late but the price seem high already which is why it might not be attractive to me  Lips sealed
There are two already that I know that is on ETC which were INPAY and this one. Good luck to it.

Do you want a serious and very promising project? I'll recommend you to join with us in bowhead heath project as you can see in my signature. This is a great project and you can join in slack so that you ask a question on what's on your mind.

I follow Bitquence, this is a link to follow ICO. http://Https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1965790.0.

You can see the team in Bitquence. However I just recommend it. The rest you decide.

BQX Benefits is :
BQX is the backbone of the digital liquidity network and will be an asset exchangeable for a variety of fiat and cryptocurrencies
BQX can be used as “gas” for transactions and storage
BQX held in an account will make the entire account eligible for reduced cost transactions and storage
BQX can be staked on the platform against consensus risk profiles earning rewards
All BQX token holders will be given exclusive curated token sale access

I think you can try to invest on Digital Developers Fund they have:
Vision
DDF is a fund to invest in digital assets, designed to reduce risks and profit from extraordinary growth in the space.

Digital Assets
Domain names and crypto currencies have high barriers to entry and risks due to lack of regulations, technical hurdles and lack of investment instruments.

Proven Model, Team
DDF was established in 2010 as “Domain Developers Fund” and has a solid track record in domain investing. To expand, we are adding crypto currencies and other digital assets to our portfolio.

Initial Coin Offering
Through an Ethereum-based ICO, DDF will raise up to 249,000 ETH.
