I know I don't have to lend to him and he doesn't have to answer any questions. You are free as well to claim it is irrelevant.
Others can lend blindly. I never accused or insinuated that he is a scammer.
I am free to ask what my funds are funding and that does matter to me. There are other values than being or not a scammer.

Typically, I will not subsidize hookers and blow, however insignificant you think it is.

1. He has rep.  If you don't think it's enough, you don't have to lend to him.  That's how it is for everything.
2. It doesn't matter.  If he spends it on hookers and blow but then buys BTC to pay back to you, he would still not be a scammer.

Rates lowered, but I am still offering higher rates than most people on this forum.

Deposit amount should be at least 50BTC, and the deposit amount should be a full number. This will make it easier to calculate the 4% interest.
Note that I choose to use 4% per 30 days, and NOT based on calendar month. This will eliminate the variance in 28 to 31 days months.

You can choose to have your money back with 4% interest in one month, or you can keep deposit compounded.

Rules:
1. I reserve the right to repay the deposit earlier, the rate will be prorated. However, the minimum deposit time will not be less than 2 weeks. This way, you are guaranteed a 3% interest per 15 days for every deposit.
2. First come first served.
3. Repayment will be in BTC, and NOT in USD. This helps minimize the wildly BTC price swings. If you want the repayment in USD, we will use MtGox last price.
