I posted the update to the previous thread, it doesn't let me delete or move this topic, do I just lock it in order to have it closed?

Just locking it is fine, it'll prevent further meaningless posts that split the attention and discussion to two threads. The button to lock the thread will be at the bottom left of this page [only accessible through your account as you're the one who started this thread].

You have a thread for this issue here, is there an added benefit of creating this new one? IMO it'll be best to just stick to the old one and update the opening post with latest development if you deemed it necessary. Having another thread will just confuse people and make it difficult for people following your case to keep themselves updated as the discussion will now happen simultaneously in two [or more] different thread.
I agree opening a new thread will not help the old thread that needs a conclusion, people will think that it is a new accusation, and there will be confusion there should be a continuation until the community reaches a consensus on who is at fault or should you the casino take action, the community is watching especially players of BC.GAME and they don't want to look at the two threads to conclude who is right and having two threads will confuse their decision, with this thread it's like we are starting over again, especially for those who just discovered your case.
So close this thread and update the old one it will help your case and the community to fully understand your case.

After Askgambler found the case unresolved, now Casino Guru has ruled against the Casino.

“ Dear earlypaco
After reviewing all the evidence received from both parties and discussing the case multiple times internally, we have concluded that your winnings should be honored in this case, minus the amount already awarded. We have therefore asked the casino to reconsider its decision regarding this matter, and currently await their reply.”

It has been 5 days since the final ruling and BC. Game hasn’t responded yet.

I will continue to keep the community updated on how this will conclude.
