I will change the table format to use coin codes instead of names when there are many coins/tokens.

Just realised EXMO has a mirror for Russia. Added the mirror to the table.

EXMO  = BTC-e = same shit
There is no way to actually proof this, but there definitely are certain similarities. If you look at their main forum account, it communicates mostly in Russian, with an occasional English comment popping up.

Their Twitter account is purely communicating in English, but then with the same sort of wording as BTC-E ~ this could also be a common thing with Russians writing English since it isn't their native language.

Other than that, you don't seem to grant anything that is Russian much credit after BTC-Es shutdown. Chill down and spend your time more productively ~ if people end up using whatever exchange, it's their choice.

Would you think adding a second part with exchanges which only deal with cryptocurrencies would be of benefit?

Definitely. I think as long as the first section is dedicated to BTC/fiat exchanges, then another section with altcoins would be okay. Otherwise it might belong in altcoin service discussions.

I must say that EXMO is labelled as "GB " but it's quite obvious it has CIS links.

BTC-e was labelled as GB too (ALWAYS EFFICIENT LLP was one of their companies).

EXMO is BTC-e... is it not really strange that the BTC media and their ex clients don't say a word about that?  Roll Eyes

they are keep hoping for a miracle to get the funds back while Exmo(BTC-e) is trading without any problem  LOL

like btc-e, i think EXMO is just registered under a british company. it couldn't be based in russia because i believe it is banned there, but it is definitely focused on the russian market.

here is one for your list:
QuadrigaCX https://www.quadrigacx.com/

they offer a BTC/CAD market. daily volume is pretty low (something like 1000 BTC per day traded on average). but the couple canadian guys i know both use this exchange when they want to move CAD into the bitcoins/altcoin space.

let me make the things more clear.

BTC-e   okpay account is registered to "Eurostyle Advisor Ltd"  so...   Eurostyle Advisor Ltd = BTC-e

EUROSTYLE ADVISOR LTD  registered Exmo.com. what does mean? Smiley

Exmo.com = Btc-e   .... it's simple Smiley

Okay, I'll admit, you make it sound very simple. Clearly they are connected. But riddle me this: If this is all true, why didn't the FBI go after Exmo, too? If they are the same criminal money laundering organization, that is. I mean, if some anon forum account can figure it out, surely the FBI could have? Tongue

FBI wanted to shut down the BTC-e business and they did it. BTC-e laundered a lot of money and they made many fishy businesses. You cannot expect to do BIG shit things forever without being caught . Exmo website has only few clients. It was a back up for BTC-e and now they started to use it.

The wasp's nest was closed. That was the mission. Smiley

Now, the people should put questions like : Why didn't BTC-e referred to Exmo if they are so honest? Smiley  It was simple to say "we will give you the funds back through this website which belongs to us"

...and xbtc-e = BTC-e

Is it not amazing that the people are believing that xbtc-e is a separate entity without any connection with BTC-e ?

Exmo - 2014 year
Livecoin - 2015 year
Bitfinex - 2012 year, usd deposites fully dissabled, usd withdraw possible at least to Taiwan banks, country Hong Kong.

Exmo = BTC-e . they are the same team   LOL
Why do you think so?

He posted this in another thread:

EUROSTYLE ADVISOR LTD  registered btc-e.nz which belongs  BTC-e.com

EUROSTYLE ADVISOR LTD  registered Exmo.com

btc-e.top redirects to exmo.com now. a while ago, btc-e.top was redirected to btc-e.com

If the same company registered the domains, that suggests they are affiliated but it's not proof. I don't know where the .top domain redirected before (can't verify). If the .top domain redirects to Exmo, that's not really proof either, since it's not a domain that we know BTC-e ever used.

But it does seems a bit fishy...

There is also another option to deposit and withdraw BTC: via WebMoney. I did it today last time Smiley
They have their own ticket WMX which equal 0.001 BTC.

https://wmx.wmtransfer.com
https://wmeng.exchanger.ru/asp/wmlist.asp?exchtype=34
How do people usually buy/sell WebMoney? I actually have some balance and exchanges are only allowed to/from Russian payment methods (even on exchangers), so I am ending up spending it on the few sites which accept it.
There are a lot of options (PayPal, bank cards, Western Union, cash, etc.), just check it here:
https://exchanger.money

They also have new section: crypto.exchanger
https://exchanger.money/crypto
Added WebMoney.

What makes you say that? Just because they have Russian support and Ruble trading? I thought the same the thing when I saw some fake BTC-e domains redirecting to their site. But then I realized, they are probably just trying to capitalize on BTC-e's shutdown.

Why "High fees" on localbitcoins? I don't get it
https://localbitcoins.com/fees
Its less than 10$ for deposit + widthravals. Seller Rates are good too.

Can you clarify your statement?
By "high fees" I mean the price at LocalBitcoins is usually much higher than anywhere else. Sellers don't usually offer prices anywhere near the current price at exchanges.

If you choose some specific combinations you can probably get a reasonably good deal, but most people who choose LocalBitcoins will be buying through methods which will make their Bitcoins way more expensive.

However you are right: it doesn't have to be expensive. I will edit the matrix to reflect that.
