Yeah I know. Any recommendations with a good ROI for sha 256 miners? I still would like a titan miner fir the right price but also open to sha 256 miners as well. Make me an offer.

You should avoid those miners and get a SHA256 miner instead.
He is right, scrypt markets are always changing, Bitcoin isn't changing as rapidly other than the price.
