Tried this out. Really cool concept ... definitely going to become viral. Could you speed up the server backend/frontend ...server responses are very slow for some reason

So if I get it right, the amount I get for retweet is fixed and is not dependent to number of my followers  (recursively) ?

I think the rates are too low, not worth it in my opinion.
