news is very influential in the movement of the crypto market, especially if there is someone in power and his speech is accepted by the community, it will be very influential. I hope the regulations made will make crypto market conditions improve and not vice versa.

President Biden is expected to issue an executive order next week directing agencies across the government to study cryptocurrencies and a central bank digital currency (CBDC), and come up with a government-wide strategy to regulate digital assets. Source: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/biden-order-on-crypto-oversight-expected-next-week-source-says-173452499.html

Hopefully, this EO will create positivity on side of crypto that will pave way for a later adoption for crypto.
That will be a decisive decision on how in the future the US will provide a clear certainty. If the executive orders from Biden next week make sure all markets will have a positive reaction. What's more, Bitcoin users in the United States are quite massive, so at least it's a careful consideration so as not to limit cryptocurrency operations.
Adoption for crypto in US will bring good news to all crypto miners and traders as they will have limitless operations anytime. Hopefully, President Biden will be able to discover that adopting crypto will pave way for a bigger progress in the country's economy.  And i think the citizens will not oppose if adoption will be possible in the future as based on last year's survey, 86% of Americans have already heard about cryptocurrencies and that they are no longer naive about it. But one thing is for sure, bitcoin will never be a legal tender in US as they their always vocal that there should only be a single official currency in their country.

The President of the United States is expected to issue an Executive Order on Cryptocurrency Regulation next week. What may we expect as a result of this?
I really hope whatever regulation that the US president will be introducing makes it easier for users to carry-out digital transactions and makes cryptocurrency more transparent such that it will make it difficult for bad actors to use cryptocurrency.
I also expect other countries to adopt most of the regulations that the US president will issue.

The President of the United States is expected to issue an Executive Order on Cryptocurrency Regulation next week. What may we expect as a result of this?

I hope that the Pres. Biden executive order on cryptocurrency regulation it's not harsh and against the crypto industry, because it can affect the crypto community as a whole because the United States crypto investors and users are one of the top industry players globally that's why it can affect the crypto industry, especially the cryptocurrency prices.

Yeah we're hoping but eventually, we will come to a point that strict regulations will come because of the too many scams going on because of lack of regulation, we already have a hint, the order is for investors and consumers protection, so anonymity and decentralization will be threatened here in exchange for protection so we'll see on the order how the market react is it positive or negative.

The regulations that will be made should be able to protect consumers, businesses, and crypto investors from the risks that have been the cause of losses.
that's why this news was coming. if US didn't wanna regulate crypto and there will be no news like this that can drive anyone to be fully speculated about that. The news like this was driving bitcoin in uncertainty
https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-community-condemns-canada-for-freezing-dissidents-bitcoin-wallets

I hope that this bitcoin house will not implement a very strict regulation that can prevent the growth of digital development related to cryptocurrency. We know that the problem that is being escalated in Canada by potential blockchain funds has become another problem that was affecting bitcoin too. This is not only about the price prediction but again how good the news that is released in the market was also affecting crypto.

What is hoped for is certainly the best for all, especially for holders and business people in crypto, not only benefiting the US for making these regulations but making it difficult for other parties. The regulations that will be made should be able to protect consumers, businesses, and crypto investors from the risks that have been the cause of losses.
As for risk, it seems that it will be very difficult to eliminate because in general every job always has risks that must be thoroughly understood even though the stipulation of regulations is for the common good, but everyone must also be aware of the risks of each decision made by each.

What may we expect as a result of this?
We don't know, just expect nothing. IIRC, this should be the order after Biden got elected. We have no idea and I'm sensing that the exchanges are going to be in the tougher situation instead of us individuals thinking of what the decision would be.
But one thing can potential happen, whatever he says, there's going to be an impact to the price of bitcoin just like the usual days.
Everyone know that the impact will happen on the price that is why everyone is thinking that what will happen after his decision. According to my views Donald Trump was not much in the favor of crypto and people were not expecting good from that government but this time everyone is confused that at which direction the current government will go.
It's no longer Trump who's the POTUS but it's now Biden. On his term, there's not that much issue or rumors of banning crypto but this time for Biden.
This is like everybody is really waiting for his action if it's going to be positive because there's the sense that it's more on the negative and decision that there would be more restriction and that's what majority of the citizens don't like.

In essence they want more tax money.

I think the statement will be around money generation from cryptocurrency to the US government. It is more of regulation, like the businesses around cryptocurrency as exchange operations and maybe KYC on the customers. Other than that I don't think legalization news or adoption is coming out of Biden on it.
Probably, that will be the last option to happen. For now, the US government is only concern on regulating digital assets hoping that it would bring more money on the country.  Nothing more than that, as they are only concern on how they can take advantage on the current trend by not banning it but regulating it so they can have more control of its coming income. But hopefully, crypto adoption will be more possible in the following years.
I guess USA is not always dumb to believe that crypto will never be an asset to one's country. For sure, they are also seeing its high potentials as much as other countries have already proved that. But since the government is here to protect their own currency and the interest of the majority, they will always pursue with what they think is right even if the current economy is already set to doom.

Honestly, from what I gathered it wasn't really a bad thing. They do not have a federal rule for now, they have rules on each state but not a federal one and they will need to create one since it is getting so much popular. However, it doesn't look like a bad one neither, not like they are going to suddenly ban it, it looks like they are going to even support it.

CBDC is the key point here, he wants one to help ease the financial troubles and that means if he wants to do a CBDC then he needs to keep it crystal clear that crypto is fine. You can't just ban other cryptos and create your own CBDC, that would be like banning cows but allowing milk production, makes no sense.

In tes of price movement nothing much.  The price should have this information baked into the price already.  The market should continue to drop though.  As far as regulation, they want over sight of both the exchanges and the companies that use it as payment.  In essence they want more tax money.

The President of the United States is expected to issue an Executive Order on Cryptocurrency Regulation next week. What may we expect as a result of this?
Surely the results of the decision that will be launched by President Joe should have a good impact on cryptocurrency adoption and not burden it too much with such strict rules. Although this is a big question, is it possible that it really has a positive side? Everyone hopes for the best for the future that the US position will have a significant impact if the decision is positive.

Not only crypto the President US is also give it order to executives for study crypto and central bank digital currencies (CBDC). thus resulting in the US government's strategy to regulate digital assets and cryptocurrencies. well the US government seems to be starting to focus on digital currencies and crypto for tighter regulation. the government has begun to intervene in a DEFI system in crypto so that it is centralized, if this affected negative results, the market will become a bloody market. Hopefully market will be recover again next week
I think they are also planning to follow the planning Russia which they did in the favor of crypto. I know that they will not impose a full ban on it and will follow the same module which the Russians are following that they may start accepting it but will impose a tax on it.

We are probably already seeing a pullback related to this news. So there could be a rebound after an official statement from the government. But this is my own opinion. The main thing is that this order doesn't include a total ban of crypto, as China did. But it seems to me that everything will be fine, usually the US has a competent approach to laws.

With the CBDC trying their hands on making the digital coins, feds are more or less gonna have bigger influence on the presidential orders next week. Well I am no big fan of US politics but as they say it’s same everywhere in the world and I think they will try a diplomatic orders for sure. With US conditions getting worst in terms of inflations and health care being average I’m not sure if they take the risk to ban it all completely. This is more or less reverse psychology. This way people won’t get hurt and won’t sell off stuff for nothing. So it’s gonna be better off in positive direction only.
