Well, US can defeat China in terms of technicalities but China is well populated.
Yea might be because china has the largest army by the terms of man power
We never know what will be the outcome once there is war between this two super powered countries. Because we all know that the united states of america is powerful when it comes in military , and in their warfare. But china also is powerful like the united states of america and other super powered country aswell. But i think if war between this two country occure there will be a mass nuclear war. And others countries will be involve in a war and the world will be like hell.
I don’t think either will win as Russia is going to take over them.

China also imposed strict strategic materials controls on rare earth elements including neodymium as well in 2010, causing the price of neodymium to peak at $500 per kilogram in mid-2011.

Of course yes, if we talk only about war then chinese army has bigger quantity and USA cannot compensate it by technologies because China is really advanced in this. So China will definetely win.
