Yes ,but not only money i think cause there's a conspiracies and rumors about it that U.S also supply ISIS guns and bullet .as i am wondering about that rumor that where do big calibers and bullets of ISIS are not shorted .

And now today, the US kills 100+ Syrian soldiers which was co-ordinated with an ISIS offensive in the area.

You want the US to bomb Assad, but this will only result in a complete ISIL / Al-Qaeda takeover of the entire country of Syria, and lead to greater destabilization in the entire middle east.

and after the US attack , ISIS attacked the Syrian army and controlled that area
