Any chance that you can provide a screenshot of your pms? It would help in authenticating the chat messages as authentic.

What happened::

I paid UsaLove $265 for 20,000 Pascal Coin, I paid using bitcoin and we conversed through Personal Message, as soon as I paid he signed off and I never received the Pascal coins or heard from him after that.

He refuses to answer me via Personal Message to explain why he didn't send the Pascal Coins.
