My first one arrived last week.  It's plugged into a Raspberry Pi (along with some Gridseed 5-chip orbs, a Bitfury rig, and a couple of BFL Jalapeños).  With scrypt hash rates being roughly equivalent to SHA-256 hash rates three orders of magnitude higher, and with the profitability of some altcoins being about two orders of magnitude higher than Bitcoin (for instance, Sexcoin is about 91-92x more profitable as I write this), 5.2 MH/s on this rig is probably equivalent to 450 GH/s or so in SHA-256 equipment.  Even if you limit yourself to the bigger-name altcoins such as Litecoin or Dogecoin, they're 40-50x more profitable.  As for me, I let CoinChoose pick the best coin to mine at the moment and have Cryptsy convert it all to Bitcoin.

I actually had more problems with USB ports and this was due to hardware errors so gave up on them
I will only buy a rig that has ethernet port.

Pardon me if this has already been asked. I just went through an amazingly trying 2 weeks setting up those purple pages for two ethernet rigs. That was hard and my geek friend is now avoiding me like the plague.

I think USB is more of a plug and play sorta thing...but all I find is Jallies, BFL Singles, Antminer blade thingys, rocks and such.

Are there any higher capacity units out there that run off USB or is USB in itself a limiting factor to pipe mining through...do you need ethernet at some level?

Fellah's please be nice if this has already been discussed in the labrynth of threads on this marvelous site..please do not yell at this newbie ok?
