My verification was denied because I clipped off the extraneous photo and obscured my DL #. The same photo was used to provide proof of residence to OVH and EntroPay... shrug.
They can have my photo if they like, I don't really care.... as for DL, or SSN, or whatever.... yeah, ok, I still get spam mails about bitcoin shit in my email.
Cant you still use Liberty Reserve though?
For Liberty Reserve, Mt. Gox only does withdrawal via redeemable code (or, voucher / coupon as it is sometimes called) which can be used at AurumXChange and then withdrawn as LR USD from there.

The problem with all of the non OTC trades is the extremely high fees for essentially zero risk for the exchange, aurumexchange in this case.
I dont see how they can justify their current 3.25% (temporary discount) fee for MTGOX -> LR when neither of those are reversable so they have no chargeback risks.
