Next time You need to be careful and take this as a warning for the next time you gonna send some coins on your wallet. But You know when You fail ed on something and You post it here, You are helping us to take caution when we doing transaction. although you will not get that money back you're helping the community as well by sharing your experience to Us. so it is not a total loss anyway.

It will violate the terms. It was mandated by the law.

There are lots of incidents like this with other wallets. It will be unfair. User mismo kasi ang nagkamali.

Anyways sinagot ko to sa coins.ph thread about importing.

Much better if start to move on na if nagawa mo ng kausapin ang support. After that lock this thread.

Hindi ba 1 is to 1 yung public at private key?

When you are using an exchange address like in Coins.ph you don't have or own any of these keys. You are only renting their address for your daily use. Now if you have a stand-alone wallet like Electrum wallet you have a private and public key that is rightfully yours.

What do you mean na 1 is to 1? If ang akala mo is iisa lang ang private and public key, mali ka ang public key yun yung nakikita ng mga tao. Pero private key, ikaw lang may hawak neto to open your wallet.

What is your BTC address, can you share it here?
If there is no transaction in the blockchain, that means your BTC wallet did not receive anything.

There will be no transaction there because USDT is considered as an altcoin and its transaction won't show in the blockchain. USDT is Tether. If you send other coins in your BTC wallet address for coin.ph there will be no way for you to recover that coin.

Even if you contact their support, they can't help you because there is no way for them to also recover your USDT in a BTC wallet.

Kahit papano parang maging tech savvy or something, like may idea. Baka first impression nila is "Ano yang random letters na yan?" "Pano naging wallet yan?"

OP, I hope you learned your lesson. Grabe, 457 USDT yung nawala sayo. I'm not sure if it's possible to be recovered but sending USDT to a BTC address is just careless.

~snip~
This sums up everything. Make sure to send the address to the address of that alt or even BTC. If you put wrong address for btc or for any alt then wala na talagang magagawa. Sorry to say, mali na yung nagawa mo. All transactions are irreversible, sometimes pwede hanggat di pa napaprocess.

I think you should read more carefully, at ulit ulitin mo muna.

Lesson learned yan, hope it doesnt cause to much stress on you mate.

You should really be more careful especially when transacting with money. money. hirap na nga ng buhay ngaun sa pinas. nagsend ka pa sa ibang blockchain ng ibang coin.

Nope, Coins.ph won't give you its private key because their wallet is shared by others too. You don't own its private key Coins.ph is the sole owner of the private that you are using.

It's useless to call the attention of the support when you are sending an altcoin to their BTC wallet where the altcoin is not supported in their site.

"A cross-chain deposit occurs when tokens are sent from one cryptocurrency blockchain to another (e.g. sending Ether to a Bitcoin address). Wallets for one blockchain token cannot support tokens from another blockchain. This means that, for example, sending Ether to a Bitcoin wallet would result in the loss of the Ether."

"The recovery of cross-chain deposits is a high risk process, and not all deposits can be successfully recovered. The type of currency mistakenly sent and the type of receiving address can influence the difficulty, time and security risk involved."

"Because of the risk involved in recovery operations, we have implemented a fee structure for attempted token recovery operations. Cross-chain deposits must have a minimum value of 0.5 BTC to be eligible for a recovery attempt, and will incur a fee of 0.1 BTC upon successful recovery.

Please note that we are unable to recover tokens from blockchains that we do not support."
