More things you have to consider:

1) Decide where to install your miner. Miners generate heat, they are hot machines. Always in ventilated areas. Never: a closet. Never: textiles or paper or cardboard close to the miner or the PSU. If you need an electric extender cable, use a good one. Always: earth-grounded (3 prongs=yes. 2 prongs=no)

2) Cheap PSUs are also non-efficient. Example: a cheap PC PSU have a efficiency of 60%. S3 consumes 350 watts, but with bad PSU will consume 500 watts. You pay cheap electricity as you said (0.05 USD), but a bad PSU will waste a lot of electricity and money. Example: a PSU with "80 plus Bronze" is more efficient and not expensive

For a mining operation, you will need to learn and decide more things in the next days. Maybe you know this already, maybe not. Just in case:

3) "Mining pool": a) decide which pool you will use. Go to mining pools sub-forum, choose one with happy users. b) sign up in the pool's webpage. c) Learn how to configure your S3 for that pool. Doggie's S3 guide (you have posted there already) should indicate it.

4) You need a Bitcoin wallet to store your bitcoins. a) decide the type of wallet: software wallet (free, but you will ned good internet connection an 50 Gigabytes free in your computer. Example: Armory), cloud wallet (free and easy but not secure. Example: Blockchain Wallet), hardware wallet (highly secure but you have to buy it. Example: Trezor). b) configure your mining pool account with your bitcoin wallet.

5) Decide what to do with your bitcoins: a) save them for a long time, b) use the for commerce, c) exchange them for dollars, euros or your local currency.

6) If you decide to exchange them for currencies, you need to choose an Exchange webpage. a) Choose a trustable webpage. It has to operate in your country, Georgia. b) Check the minimun withdrawal (example: cex.io minimun is 200 euros). c) Check the fees for withdrawals (example: cex.io fee is 20 euros)

i already choos PSU and this is > http://www.fsp-europe.com/professional/fsp700_50arn_88plus.php
. i already have wallet , no problem.
but i now want know how to should plugg PSU cable that will dont hot and dont burn .

I undersood ,
No i dont want overclock.

Then you will do fine with just two Smiley.   Just use a decent quality PSU.  And make sure to have enough watts to run it.

And i will be safe ? This something that will make , psu good, good usp and pipetchep right holes

What i have described has kept me safe.  As far as guarantee you are safe I can't as i have not seen your electrical and many other things. But you are on the right track.

i heard that this cable more better and safetly > http://www.awcwire.com/Portals/0/CVStoreImages/sfj_stj-type-e-shielded-cable_400.png

it have shield and protects against overheating.

What exactly are you using that cable for?   Is that what your using to turn PSU on?

this cable that will using , in 20 pin jumper

If you are that worried you might look at switches for motherboard power.  Here is a example of what antminer made at one time: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AntMiner-ATX-Power-Supply-Jumper-Switch-w-LED-for-PSU-or-Miner-/161421242676?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item259574b134

Why connect 4 pci to s3 ?

Only 2 pci dont is enough ?

Yes 2 is enough for normal usage.  If you overclock then you depending on freq you might need 4.

Do you plan to run on normal or overclock?

so , i will use this paper clip and dont will hot cable and wire

and i will should will choos PSU +12V is 52A.

No, Toqchista, no:

Paper clip --> PSU will turn on (without paper clip it will not work)

Good PSU (examples: Corsair, Seasonic...) --> Less risk of accident

Good wiring (4 PCIE connected to the 4 plugs of your S3) --> Less heating of cables  (Note: some PSUs have only 2 PCI-E, some have 4)

I highly suggest looking at the S3 thread  and then material at bitmain.  It just seems you have almost every trouble someone can.

On paperclip just search forums, google, anywhere really and you can find how to do it properly.  You have to stick in right holes on motherboard cord or it is bad.

please tell me ,

what do i ? that my s3 dont will burn and cable that dont will hot .

What can I do that I am will safely ?

i should will use this paper > http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3d/Paperclip-01_(xndr).jpg

Yes a metal paperclip is what most use.  Make sure to put it in right holes or you will have a problem. As far as safety if you feel not safe with paperclip, but a switch to turn on motherboard for 5-10 dollars.

And on not burning cable.  Use a decent PSU, not a horribly cheap one.  Also as a general rule dont split a PCIe cable into 2 with those y splitters.

May is that this s3 will be damage and destroy and dont turn s3 ?

you could also return it, even if it is not directly bought from amazon(you have 30 day to do so, and 14 for contestation)

but it should work out of the box don't worry, vendors from amazon are not scammers anyway

please tell me, how to wire in PSU that will not hot?

You need a PSU with enough watts that your miner is using (depends on freq).   You have  to have 1 PCI-e cord on blade plugged in.  If you went crazy freq having one on all 4 would not be a bad idea.

You might look up how to use a paperclip to turn on the psu.  Make sure to get a tight fit and I also like electrical tape on it to make sure it does not fall out.

As far as heat most of the heat will be from miner and not the PSU.
