What happened: UsedToHoldeM scammed me for 60$ 3 days ago. He has written me a personal message, that he want to sell me btc. We had a Skype chat and reached an agreement of 3 trades - 60$ for 0.2 btc
After my Skrill transaction he has just logged out and I steel have no my 0.2 btc.
