Whats important is having a strong security, this safeguard and enable trust as more persons will want to gamble believing scam rate and account hacking will be less.
Another thing is having a good customer service, why most casino and sites keep having reduction in customers is as a result of poor customer relations and service to attend, and help customers in need. I don't think if this two is neglected any casino can function properly.

The security and Customer service should be prioritize as customers will want to risk believing services will be render to them without issues.

This discussion aims to discover what users really value and want to see in the development of online casinos.

Users value reputation and good support, yes great designs can add to entice players to try out their platform, but if there are unresolved issues they will ignore it and leave that casino.
Gamblers are not looking for a highly innovative platform, all they ask of casinos is to play fair and to have their issues as quickly and as fair as possible.

Just take a look at 1xbit they have a very good design but players ignore them because they don't want to be part of players that they've scammed, if there's a new casino that comes along it will be welcomed but users will still be looking for those features I mentioned.

Each casino has features or developments that are not much different from each other, in fact sometimes the differences in features are not really needed or make players interested because usually players will focus more on the games available or other benefits such as bonuses and so on that players can get.
If there is a new casino providing different games it might attract players but players will also return to the old types of games that they have been playing for a long time, and I don't really pay attention or interest in new games because the most important thing is how the casino maintains their credibility and as a player can play without problems, can withdraw money quickly, and get fast support when something needs to be done.
There would really be different factors on which it would really be affecting out overall success of a platform on which it would be neither be with its UI or into the bonuses and perks that it do give or
it would really be basing up into the offerings or games varieties that it do have on which we know that each factors would really be playing out their role on which it do really based up on how you would really
having that creating that impressions towards it whether you would be finding for another one or would really be staying it up and would really be playing up and making up a deposit.
If we do look around then the competition is really that high or into this industry on which means that those companies would really be that doing their very best on what are the things that they would gonna do.

Trends? It would really be a continuous ones because technology advancement is really that inevitable and if there would really be some notable changes or something that they could really be able to integrate into their
company then they would really be doing it as early as possible on which tis a common approach to have this one.

Another feature I will like to be added is the option of playing the normal games we play on our mobile phone and get paid by it. For example funding an online casino and playing online dice game or brick game and get paid after wining just like the way we waste most times on playing some mobile games that takes more of our time without benefits. But if they can make those game more interesting people would put more interest in such gambling.
That was a trend back then, but I doubt casinos would implement that option since that's just an alternative faucet with extra steps. If it becomes a feature in a crypto casino, it'd likely be locked behind a VIP program and they'll require you to wager a significant amount.

You can find some faucets in this thread, I remember claiming a casino's faucet and you have to win on their mini-game.

Hi everyone!
looking at how many new gaming platforms are popping up, I thought it would be interesting to talk about, based on your experience and preferences:
- what trends would you like to see in the future (eg interactive game design, innovative customer service or loyalty programs, etc.).
I would prefer interactive game design because it makes the the game more fun and lovely to participate. Innovative service is also good without innovative service the gambling sites becomes dumant without new things.

- what improvements or features would you specifically appreciate or suggest (what is missing)?
The features I like to be added is cryptocurrency casino which has been added already because I was think of a gambling site that will accept crypto currency for gambling and which can also withdrawn to cash.

Another feature I will like to be added is the option of playing the normal games we play on our mobile phone and get paid by it. I'd love to see more personalized and interactive game designs in future gaming platforms, where the games adapt to individual player preferences and skill levels. Innovative customer service, such as real-time support through AI chatbots, and loyalty programs that offer real value beyond just play credits would be great enhancements. Also, a focus on responsible gaming features, like customizable limits on playtime and spending, could significantly improve the user experience. Transparency in game mechanics and odds, along with the use of blockchain for secure and transparent transactions, would build trust. Finally, more collaboration with players in the game development process could ensure that new games meet user expectations and preferences.
Some of the things you are proposing are already being implemented by casinos, but some of those proposals are outright impossible.

A game which adapted to the preferences of a player could be possible, if we were talking about single player games, but when it comes to the games offered by casinos this does not seem possible, as a casino will have to store the preferences of millions of their customers and then create unique games for each one of them, and even if this was possible, the costs associated with it will be very high, to the point it will be difficult to turn a profit if casinos took this path.

Anything that can really improve online gambling from the user's perspective.

Things you like, recent improvements you appreciate or current trends you criticize. Or suggest features and trends you'd like to see more of in the future.

If I could suggest one thing for casinos and sportsbooks it's probably the trading bots or maybe something similar to an exchange feature because the transaction fees sometimes become a big deciding factor and one of the best ways to save on fees is exchanging your coins.

To be specific, something similar to this service, but on other casinos and sportsbooks.

Unfortunately, much of what we're seeing is the same old crap in a better package. We're talkin' minor upgrades, not revolutionary change. Like "features" that scarcely change what we had previously. We must also improve customer service. In today's fast-paced world, some casinos still lag behind. I've seen more excitement at a funeral than loyalty programs. Our benefits should not be consolation gifts

We should focus on what matters to players. How about understandable algorithms? Ignore the deception. Imagine real-time help without wanting to throw your laptop out a window. And loyalty schemes that feel good. I'm not asking for the world here. Platforms that understand user experience should prioritize the user. We deserve innovation, disruption, and jaw-droppingly fantastic stuff. Right now? We're getting tired ideas.  Online casinos must improve or fall behind

I mostly do some research before I play in a platform. Once I see that the site is trusted, I now go see or check out what they can offer, such as fast deposit and withdrawals, and of course their promotion or loyalty program. To see what are the perks I could possibly get once I entered or switch on that platform. And lastly, like everyone else, I want a good customer service that can help answer all my queries, questions, and especially issues I face while using the platform.

That's a good thing that every gambler should always do so that we can have more in-depth knowledge about the gambling sites that we will enter. Like you, I look at things like that before I register on a gambling site because I don't want to regret it later, it would be better if we had researched things about it, especially the ones you mentioned, but as a gambler, one of the The most important thing to me is having a good customer service in a gambling site, for me it is very important especially if there is a problem or any issues about the gambling activities and withdrawals issues since there is money involved so it is often my first looking for when I research about the sites, I look at the feedbacks regarding the customer service because I have tried many sites that have poor customer service and lose trust when that happens.

Everyone who engages in online gambling has their own experience in gambling. In the first case a gambler makes an account and deposits money and starts gambling online, later he anticipates how to win by gambling and tries to adopt the right strategy. By adopting the right strategy when a gambler wins money by gambling from the online gambling platform then he tries to gamble with more money in the next step. Later when he gambles with more money and he has more successes than failures then he may turn his full attention to online gambling. That is, from the beginning every step a gambler gambles only tries to improve. Improvement may come late, but gamblers try every moment.

That's a solid point. It shows how the journey of an online gambler evolves over time. It's all about adapting, refining strategies, and, yes, occasionally taking risks. But as long as there's progress and lessons being learned, it's part of the fascinating dynamic of gambling. Each gambler's journey is unique, but the drive to improve is a common thread. This continuous push to get better is what keeps the game interesting for many.

Trends in Online Gambling: What's Next? I don't know friend gamble world has been pretty much the same for a long period of time. I mean the game like card game roulette and slot is just the same maybe they only change the animation and RTP and that it everything is same you bet you win or lose.

Maybe there is new kinda bet like betting on Esport gaming since gaming now become very popular and people becoming official sport in some countries. But other than that I might only notice different slot provider with their own game but basically still same inside of it, just visual change and some set of new rule.

Some of the improvements and features I think can improve the online gambling user experience are:
 - Improve image and sound quality to create the most vivid and realistic experience for players by integrating virtual reality (VR) technology. This technology makes the user experience more realistic and vivid than conventional traditional gameplay.
 - Improve the payment system to be more secure and convenient, such as accepting payments in cryptocurrency more widely than before. If we use cryptocurrency payments, we can use cold wallets or personal wallets to make transactions.
 - Develop applications or websites that can be accessed on many different devices such as computers, mobile phones and tablets in a synchronized way, making the player experience similar across devices .

Hmm one of the areas that most of the online gambling casinos that needs to improve is the ability to interact quickly as possible with their customers when there is an issue on the account. Most online casinos will let you open a ticket for the said issues and then you'll have to wait for 24-48 hrs at the very least to get their response. I mean, everybody wants their issue to get resolved within the day as it may bear a lot of inconvenience if it takes 1-2 business day at the very least. That is the kind of innovative customer service that I would like to see.

Loyalty programs, bonuses, and stuff like these are quite necessary for any online casinos due to the growing competition in the online gambling industry nowadays. So, I don't think this will concern for most of the customers.

Another area to improve? Well, I think user interactions like buddy/friends lists, private chats, lobby chats and things that will let the users interact with fellow online gamblers within the platform.
Also, faster withdrawal and deposits and of course thicker security layers which automatically and mandatorily applied for those high rollers or accounts with huge balances.

That is the issue, there is no really any kind of big upgrade that online casinos can offer now, because online casinos have been improving their services for decades already, so over that process casino owners have turned every single stone they could in order to get any competitive advantage they could and now there is not much to improve.

[/quote]

but despite all these considerations, a primary concern and source of frustration for many remains the quality of user support. While we often discuss various technological aspects, it's puzzling how the issue of providing effective support continues to elude resolution  Huh

Upgrading security is what I want the most and I don't think the gambling sites that I am using, 2 of them are lacking in that area. They are both reputable and trusted in casino games and sports betting.
When it comes to games, well, they both have a broad number of games to pick but I do want to see something new. Not slots, maybe better live poker games, setting up mini-tournaments, or other stuff that would intrigue more players to play that game.
Regarding bonuses, I don't think they are lacking in that area too. We have monthly bonuses, and post monthly bonuses then they also have weekly bonuses, the rakebacks are also fair.
When it comes to UI, I have not much issue with that. I like it simple, not too colorful because it is an eyesore.
I don't think I am looking for a change, just upgrades will be fine, and maybe more for the players because we are always losing. Cheesy

Some users have proposed the idea that the metaverse could be the next big step on the evolution of casinos, but I am not so sure, as gambling would not be as convenient as it is already, while we must also take into account that such experience will require acquiring specialized hardware, something that is not necessary with online casinos as most gamblers already own a smartphone.

And also seasonal bonuses for losers based on how much that they have been lost to the casino  Grin, at least this will make the gamblers have the desire to play more with the hope that they could get some bonus perhaps. And this is going to be like a promotion for the casino.

In theory, a well-designed, carefully implemented bonus program that considers players’ wellbeing could work as a strategy for casinos.
But I think for now its just in theory, becouse its real-world application would require navigating of ethical considerations and regulatory requirements. For it to be genuinely successful, it must not only attract players but do so in a manner that is both responsible and sustainable. Everything should be in balance and games and losses  Wink

Basically let it be easy to access regards sign up and login for users. The casino should also make for very fast customer service that respond to issues and complaint, that will help build a customer base where users may also support to direct and resolve minor issues. Also, there is need for casinos to state their KYC requirements clearly on TOS thereby helping to facilitate quick withdrawals.

Yes, if possible, the KYC requirements for minimum funds withdrawn and deposited should be increased to a minimum mandatory KYC requirement when depositing and withdrawing 0.5BTC, so that I can gamble without having to do KYC because of course what I deposit and withdraw from the casino will not reach that level, hahaha.
I agree with that, improving service and being more responsive to customers will make us feel comfortable, and things that are sensitive can be explained briefly and also understood so that we can be responsive.

For your second paragraph I think it's excessive, and it's really not profitable for the casino, yes at least 50% can be a better suggestion in a monthly bonus that loses the total money in the casino Grin, but I think it's an impossible thing to do, just getting a 0.0% return is already being generous for casinos that do monthly bonuses to their customers to still be able to gamble even if the money is gone. But are monthly bonuses a trap for us to gamble again and deposit again? Huh

Being selective has a benefit and that is, you always ensure that you will only get the best. There were lots of technologies that are released and will still be released but a bunch of them are only unnecessary and we still can be able to live well even without them. Even if we are rich and can afford them, there are still better ways that we can spend our money.

VR is not new and seems didn't boom well, especially here in the gambling world. It is said to offer a real-life experience but I guess people already proved that playing or doing the actual thing is still the best and it is also more healthy. VR might be one of those unnecessary technologies.
Yes, being selective will gives us a chance to gets the best that we wants so we can select the best option from many options. Many technologies that will released and that will not stops because new technologies will develops and grows fast which gives us more options to select. We as a gamblers must select what we wants and don't have to try all of the options because that can costs us much money. Yes, we must use the money that we can afford so we don't gets many losses.

VR is already launched but there will be many new technologies that will gives new experiences to many gamblers. That can makes many people trying to playing gambling with different experiences. We will see a new things in the gambling industry and  that can gives us more pleasure to enjoy the gambling games.

I guess current games and the general setup are enough for me. I'm not really a high roller so my limited experience might mean my suggestion doesn't hold much weight.

Perhaps improvements on support and certain terms in the ToS might be considered. Responses to inquiries, tickets, complaints, and whatnot aren't immediate. Further, certain terms in some online gambling sites which are unfair like confiscation of funds from dormant accounts could also be removed.

I think that question should be asked on the gambling platforms and not on users.

New trends should be offered by these platforms and they need to find what should bring interest to us. We, users, are just waiting on the unique developments that gambling platforms will offer to us. Besides, it's obvious already what are the basic things that gambling platforms should do to gain the trust of the community. The trends and developments should be thought by them.
Why they need to work harder if there's easier solution? any casinos don't have crystal ball to predict what the gamblers like, what they can do is predict and guess. But, if they just ask to the gamblers what they like or suggestion to their site, the casino only need to make it in order to fulfill the gamblers' expectation.

What if the casino add or improve something that the gamblers don't want to see that? it's wasting time, effort and money for the casino.

Gambling platforms will definitely answer all your questions and also provides good means of earnings, it's advisable to tender your difficulty to customers care and not the gamblers that have no knowledge of one's problem. We should trust the communities that follows because there's more basic information and odds that are made available, accessible to us. Users just make the effective parts of gambling, they settled for the big winnings and bringing on the entire stream winnings.

There are so many factors... currently the gambling market is so competitive that the best sites already have several of the essential criteria that we no longer need to choose between one or the other.
In any case, the ones that I consider most important are: Transparency and security for users in transactions with quickly recognized deposits, bonuses... many bonuses are always welcome.
User assistance/support is also essential, even for those who have never needed it, they just need "one opportunity" to experience in practice how important this is and makes a big difference between keeping a customer or losing them.
You said they only have several, so that means there is still something that they don't have and other may supply it and we can ended up playing at them instead. I like your preferences there of choosing a good casino to play and it looks like we have a similarity with that lol but that is because almost all good traits are already there, however how can something be important if we don't need them? Though a casino can't only accommodate one person, so yeah, it's not an excuse to not provide a quality service or customer support. It's not what you called an opportunity when someone experience an issue, only for them to use the customer service but indeed that it makes them realize how important it was.

The march of technology definitely keeps the gambling world on its toes. I like the idea of being selective with new tech it’s like picking the right tool for the job, or in our case, the right game for the thrill. Plus, who knows? Maybe one day we'll find ourselves gambling in virtual reality from our couches  Smiley
It's better we selective with the new tech because we must filter all information and only use the tech that we needs. Besides that, we don't knows if all tech can useful for us so filtering the tech and selecting the right tech for us is a must. That will prevents us to spends waste money for something that we don't needs so we can allocate the money to the right needs. Playing gambling in virtual reality has just began but it still needs to develops more to find the right one. Besides that, the devices still very expensive to many people so the tech must create something that can helps people who doesn't have much budgets.

I want a more interactive and competitive game. I'm not a gambling addict and I never bet big bets. I enjoy gambling games. Therefore I only want development of the game and how players interact with the game. Next I want an adjustment in the withdrawal amount. I'm specific on crypto casinos. Most casinos have a minimum withdrawal amount of around BTC0.001 BTC and if you see the price of BTC continuing to rise I think there is a need to improve there. Next for security I agree with 2FA but to be honest I haven't used it because I never have a high balance in my casino account.

For an online casino, I look first if it's legit/trusted casino with good promotions, deposit bonuses, fast deposit and withdrawals. good customer support that can answer all my queries and concerns quickly and of course the loyalty rewards that will make me stay or stick with that casino because I know that they give good perks and benefits with their players.
You actually have a good criteria which you do look out for but one which I think you shouldn't place at priority is promotion and deposit bonuses because even scam projects can be promoted very well and you will not suspect that it's in any form fraudulent and isn't a good project to follow up although their promotion last within a short period and after they must ha e reached their target audience they may stop the promotion. Some Gambling sites can actually be fraudulent in their activities but yet the may have good and nice looks when visited so you don't get to suspect they carry out such acts.

For good sites where you can be sure to be safe both with your funds and identity, check out the gambling sites been advartises here on this forum and you will get to find some good ones that you wouldn't have to go through the stress of further verification to be sure about their authenticity.

I have a perception of things that are actually Somewhat similar to what you say about that , so I use them and stuff like that. I'm very reluctant about it, because I don't really trust bonuses, for my bonus it means one thing and for casinos it means another, very focused on doing many difficult, almost impossible things in order to get the bonus, therefore when I am in a casino what I do is first play with my money and without taking any type of bonuses, It is my taste, and due to my experience I do it this way, for the rest I respect the position of each player, there are some players who are capable of being happy with a 5x, 10x to be able to withdraw the Balance that the casino Gives , for that Reason I am a person who is not Very given to accepting bonuses, I have had many Experiences.

I do not think there are much that I want than what those sites that rate casinos are using like wide range of casino games, fast deposit and withdrawal, excellent customer care response, deposit bonus, other promotional offers. I also like good security like 2FA login and withdrawal.

2FA should be must. It’s very important if you are a gambler who plays with high balance. In this manner you will be saved from scams. Moreover if the user experience is great, then definitely a gambler will stay in the site. The top priority will be facing no delays in the game. The UI should be clean and it should only focus on fair gambling. These are the basic needs which every gambler craves for in a gambling site.

Imagine games that learn how you play, that challenge you in ways no casino ever has. Thats the kind of innovation we should be seeing - the best, most personalized gameplay out there. Players deserve to feel like VIPs. And listen, customer service? It needs a serious upgrade. Real people, available anytime, who actually solve problems. Thats how you build trust, something this industry needs more of, frankly. Loyalty programs? They need that extra oomph. Tiered rewards that matter - the kind of stuff that makes players feel amazing

Imagine connecting with friends right on the platform, forming groups, sharing those big wins. It's about building a real sense of community, not just isolated gambling

The casinos that focus on these things, that truly put the player experience first, those are the ones that'll win big. We're talking about making online gambling something truly special, the kind of entertainment that keeps people hooked. Its a win-win

its truly exciting! But other side, in this case we will need balancing innovation and entertainment with ethical practices, and envision an ecosystem where AI tailors not just the gaming experience but also actively assists in managing player well-being, adapting interventions as it learns from player behavior.

Definitely, being selective with technology in gambling is key. It's not just about chasing the latest trends but ensuring they genuinely improve the player experience. Your point about cost is spot on. accessibility is critical.

If it is with KYC procedures then it would be a bit of a problem for the casinos especially those which are registered and those which are just following orders from authority. Many of us know why such procedure is being practiced in many platforms; avoid money laundering and accessibility to minors. I personally have no problem about it since I am doing it for years and fortunately, nothing happened so far which could put me in danger. Again, as I always say, choose the right gambling site that would lessen your worries while gambling.
Regulators doesn't dictate when to ask for KYC rather they just mention it is mandatory for everyone who withdraw money from the platform but the casino decides when to ask for verification. As I said how many people will be interested in completing KYC straight away when they register or would love to try the site and if the person feel it's worth getting verified then they will go ahead so as individual now which you prefer?

What's your take on having a choice, like the option to go through KYC verification early, instead of waiting until you're about to withdraw? Imagine this: a casino requires KYC before withdrawals, but they're cool about letting you complete it whenever you feel comfortable.
This way, if you decide to get it out of the way early, you're all set for a smooth and speedy withdrawal process later on, with all the necessary checks already done. I find this proactive option pretty appealing it's like prepping your passport for a trip long before your flight.

Probably interactive game design because people nowadays like that.

Just like online marketplace, we can search the product we're looking for, read the reviews, check the unboxing videos etc, but people skipped all of them and choose to join a live session, so they can ask freely to the host and you can ask them to review your product.

Right now only card games are interactive, we might see interactivity in luck based games and we could watch a match with other gamblers in sportsbook.
Yes, seen interactive games in card games like black jack and baccarat, wherein you can really turn the cards up just like you are sitting on a table to play with it. As for sports betting, I think during the pandemic, in NBA you can see fans face on the seat as if they are really there cheering for their squads. I think this could be implemented already in sports betting, like if you have a bet, you will have the chances that you will be shown like watching live games. There's a lot to begin with, just a matter of imagine for this innovators and how they are going to implement it so that we will be on the next level of experience playing online or sports betting.

The more the world changes, the more the world stays the same. I don't see any major trend changes happening at least in the short to medium term. The biggest changes will be in laws where governments open up and close down different gambling abilities. At this point almost all the different variations of gaming structure have been tried and it is truly hard to find anything unique any more that has not been copied within a day of it coming out. The best you are going to hope for is gambling companies competing on lowering margins, but they have their limits. I'm not sure how you can really innovate customer service, although I would say that automated "AI" chat bots are a pain rather than a help in my experience.

Any new online gambling platform is supposed to have a way to measure user statistics on the kinds of games they bet or gamble on more as well as how they bet or gamble by the amount of sum they mostly use. From the statistical data, a gambling company can make features and improve on the loyalty rewards and programs it already offers or try as much to simplify it so the users can understand how it works.
Else, any new features in a gambling site often get ignored because it may involve spending more money to just understand how it works.

I need more two-player games in casinos, games where a player (real human) vs another player (real human ) can go head to head, even if they are not both in the same casino, it should be possible online since we can play video games online going against other players.

I know that such isn't possible with Slots but more games that are good for head-to-head challenges should be introduced, it will get no better than this, because fun is what makes gambling worthy, lack of fun gets boring real quickly.

Sports betting wins when it comes to fun because the real action is when a team goes against another team, you are to sit back and enjoy the match and it can be very thrilling and exciting, to say the truth, I don't want anything from online gambling than more player vs player games.

Totally with you on the need for more player-vs-player action. It brings a whole new level of excitement, much like the rush from sports betting but with the added personal challenge.

When it comes to features and development there's really not much to talk about but to improve what's already been there, and these are bug-free platforms, with responsive and fair support, continuous marketing, and fair treatment of gamblers.
Gamblers know what they are looking for on a platform and the platform knows how to please its clients so the platform should work in the best interest of its players, there's a lot of competition in the casino industry the casino that can give the best experience will get the players' money and attention.

I would like to ask for an improvement to overall customer service experience.

During casino games, it is inevitable that a person would experience some technical difficulties, bugs, or questions during the course of their experience. One problem that I often see is that the customer service takes a relatively long time for them to respond about the said query.

Hopefully this can be remedied by providing more tools to improve customer service interaction in order to address swiftly the problems that people encounter.

Like what I mentioned above, an improvement to customer service experience is paramount to the success of a gambling company. While I do understand that some problems may take an additional amount of time due to the circumstances involved (e.g. bugs, etc.), still, an update from them would most likely be appreciated.

Ihmo reward programs with thought out deflating tokenomics, similar to SHFL, would be quite hooking. I am not sure what you mean by interactive game design, but i am not playing slot games if i have some extra choices that affect the outcome. Because that feels like cheating from designer's part and puts the blame of losing to players themselves. As players aren't really winning more by right choices, they just just have lower rtp if don't manage to make all the optimal choices.

Inventing anything truly innovative these days is really hard as pretty much everything has been explored and new ideas don't grow in trees. Latest actually brilliant game design was crash and that game came ages ago. And giving you truly innovative in casino design would be like working you for free and giving out a billion dollar patent idea for nothing in exchange.

If you truly want to go for that road: Have a transparent platform for people who give you ideas, that ensures them that they will be rewarded for their ideas if they get developed.

I am not so sure, online casinos are in my opinion already very close to perfection, you can gamble anytime anywhere, the minimum bet is smaller than on offline casinos, there is no need to commute to your favorite casino or pay for parking, the customer service is good and the variety of games offered is huge.

What else can a gambler ask for? As other than small improvements on all of those aspects, I think online casinos are already as good as they are going to be, and it will be necessary an innovation by a visionary to bring online casinos to new heights.

The trend I really don't like recently is how for many casinos there's a hyperfocus in promoting non-provably fair slots. And also I highly dislike how governments all around the world are eating this up by allowing these types of games in "licensed" online casinos.

If you think about it, crypto gambling at least used to have a good feature, nearly everything was provably fair from its games. However, when it comes to gambling now, crypto or not, very few of the popular casino games are provably fair. Stake at least makes a very good effort to make its original games provably fair which is good to see from the biggest casino in the industry. But still slots from third party providers are very opaque in how they operate and how their supposed randomness.

For slots, one thing you can do here is check the reputation of the third party provider. Because people will talk if they are not happy about it. You can't expect these providers to be transparent all the way through. Some providers are actually giving the RTP info if you just know where to dig this info.

In terms of user experience, I believe VR is the future on this game. But platforms offering such kind of service will make sure that the gadgets or equipment being used is not too expensive. Otherwise, only select few can avail this entertaining experience.

Are there really anything more to be added to the online gambling activities we don't have currently? I don't think there is for me though. I've plays on so many new casinos and old ones but my experience is still same. Even with the advent of newly improved games and gaming experiences, I still feel same excitement while gambling.
If anything I would want, is to may be have newer casinos that don't request so many information from users. That's they will be !ore decentralized compared to what we have now. Lesser restrictions of players from all over the world. The kyc implementation in most casino is really not funny as even a gambler most times may not want to play on that casino for long but his data and information have been given out to theri platform as a yastic to play.

I think there is always something to add Smiley There is no progress without movement, so if you don't improve, someone else will for sure.

What I want:
1.The online casinos to be trustworthy and to never scam their customers. Yes, I know that this is easier said than done. Grin
2.No sketchy policies like "perform KYC before withdrawal". KYC should be done before depositing money, not before withdrawing money.
3.Decentralized gambling is supposed to be the future of gambling, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Most centralized online casinos will lose their business, if decentralized gambling becomes really popular.
What I don't want:
1.Virtual Reality gambling. I totally don't care about this sh*t.

What do you mean by "innovative customer service"? Customer service is just good or bad. It can't be "innovative". Grin
We're the same, I still don't have an idea how VR technology is used in gambling, so now I'm curious. Who knows, they might develop a concept that will provide more enjoyment and excitement in gaming.

Perhaps what's being referred to as innovative customer support is having AI. Well, it's okay if the only common issues are the ones being contacted to them that can easily be automated, but if it's rare cases or technical, there should be a live chat because sometimes their bots can't exactly answer the queries. Some still prefer talking to a human operator in a live chat, especially if you must attach a screenshot to address specific or case-to-case basis issues.

So, as you say its posible. As an assistant. An I agree, AI can complement traditional support channels by handling common queries. Thus, AI can reduce, but not completely replace, a live chat or call but still make support better.

Many also talk about the variety of games, but I only bet on sports and having the main football championships is already excellent for me.

Once there was a lot of talk about KYC too, where sites that didn't charge were preferred by users, but currently this is practically impossible to achieve.

Thank you. That's so right. My thoughts are also for KYC verification to be applied at the top-up stage. I think that this kind of practice would improve the user experience and be a win-win for both sides.

This can be a welcome addition that everyone will appreciate but its not so hard to understand that when KYC is mandatory we will be asked to get verified when we want to withdraw because that is when the gambling platform is responsible to avoid AML and asking up front just reduce the userbase because people want to try the platform first and get familiar before providing their personal details to the platforms.
If we think that we can overcome kyc in the future while looking for more development and advancement, this is what will propel a lot of those development because no team will want to spend so much money on increasing their level of development knowing that the government could close them down if the lack license and following AML policies and laws of the land.
KYC is more of a regulatory demand and not for the casinos and left for the casino they won't ask for any verifications as long as you deposits and play.

- what improvements or features would you specifically appreciate or suggest (what is missing)?
Skill based games where players can bet against each other, while having chances to make profit on long run, since these aren't entirely luck based games, so the more skilled and more time players put into learning the game and its possible strategies, more likely it will be that the gambler is rewarded for his efforts in the end. The house would still profit a comission over every game, anyway, despite the winners being player A or B, so it wouldn't be risky or unprofitable to introduce this category of gambling game to casinos.

Actually, I don't understand why they haven't done that yet, because it seems a good way to make their services to be adopted by a larger userbase of customers, going beyond the traditional gamblers, also bringing gamers together and raising their profits, as consequence. Maybe in the following years we will see something like this happening, once the current model displayed by gambling houses get saturated.

that's all actually what casino developers are thinking about. and everything the user wants. although not everyone will like the changes made. because there are also users who like the simplicity of casinos. I am not sure if this is an improvement or feature but with the majority complaining about how casinos are having the rules about KYC, I think if they can be softer with it and those small gamblers can be spared with that kind of rule, much better. Or, I'd say that most of them are like this and all they need to do is to maintain that policy for everyone's sake because that's what everyone like to have. As it's always been the issue and question of most when there are new casinos that are spotted by the majority. But we also do understand that if they're trying to ask for it, it's probably that there's a threshold or limit for that user to withdraw. If it's with bigger amounts then they're just doing their jobs for asking it to comply with regulations.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
I'm sure every casino will definitely improve their services for products that will be developed, maybe you can say according to the current trend, the casino will do it quickly, so as users will always wait for what is innovative for the casino.

The most important thing now is for casinos to keep their casinos not KYC even though the regulations say YES, for me that's enough because somehow every user doesn't want to do KYC verification for entertainment at the casino.

I like to see casinos that stick to their word. I wanna know I can trust a company holding my funds and know that I will face 0 issues when I want to withdrawal. Players don't wanna jump through hoops to get paid or be limited to a certain amount per week.

What if there will be newly launched casino as if you're a character and you're inside the game like it's 3D and you'd go from place to place on that virtual city that's full of virtual casinos.

I think that's interesting and that's where it is going. It's more of a design and new experience and anything that's new to most of us will be patronized by many gamblers.

It's also related to innovation so I guess that's going to be one of the next trends that it won't be looking a traditional setup online.

Well, given how many gambling sites are there, they would for sure be able to cope up with any trend such as AI adoption, new games to be offered and the likes. But things I'd be most happy about in my gambling experience is faster transaction rate and faster solution or response with players' concerns which are usually concerning held funds, restrictions, and more. You could name any game that you want or offers that would be welcoming new players towards a certain platform, however, properly handling of problems within the gambling site, is only evident with few platforms which for me gives the worse experience.

2.No sketchy policies like "perform KYC before withdrawal". KYC should be done before depositing money, not before withdrawing money.

But it will become an open invitation for abusers, especially in sports betting.

If your concern about early KYC could be an "open invitation for abusers," particularly in sports betting, stems from the idea that individuals banned from one platform could more easily circumvent restrictions to create accounts on others if they're forced to reveal their identity upfront. This could potentially expose platforms to coordinated fraud attempts, bonus abuse, or manipulative betting schemes.

Then on my mind it could be mitigated through robust KYC procedures as shared blacklists or behavioral monitoring.

Thats right, and from your answer it is very clear to me that you are an experienced person in this field.
And I think you have plans to open a casino soon, good luck hehe!

Also from a business perspective, requiring KYC upfront is clearly not wise for new casinos that are trying to bring as many players to their platforms.
Because there are still many gamblers who only bet/deposit with a small amount and forcing them to do that from the beginning is a suicide move for a newly established casino.
Out of 100 people, maybe only a few are willing to do that, or even none at all because there are still many other casinos that are not too strict with their KYC policies.

Alas, do not let the increase in a number of new online casinos bother you, they are all here to make money just like us, you can't always use all available casinos, just pick two and keep trying your luck on each one.

I don't think that my favourite online casinos are lacking anything right now, and majority of existing online casinos already have the same features, I am only hoping for a VR future gambling or at least a metaverse way of gambling, such experience will be mind blowing.

Right now, good customer services, faster withdrawal and fair games is all enough for me, there is nothing more that I ask for, but I will always advise beginners to use online casinos that have already build their reputations very high, you will get the best services from them and less problems.

..Addition to what I expect is fast and convenient withdrawal process which equals to that of the deposit process. And this is because one have discovered in gambling sites is that the depositing aspect is very quick and ease than withdrawal.

Your observation reflects a reality. Ofcours deposits are often faster because gambling sites have streamlined this process to encourage players to start playing quickly.
On the technical side, accepting payments can be as simple as verifying that the funds have been transferred. But withdrawals, on the other hand, require more steps. Such as identity verification processes and sometimes manual approval of the transactions. All of these can contribute to longer wait times for withdrawals.
Deposits are subject to fewer regulatory hurdles, which makes them faster by comparison.
Of course, it will not be possible to do these two processes at the same level in terms of speed, but it is definitely possible to improve the waiting time.

However, some sites do manage to offer quick withdrawals, especially those that heavily utilize cryptocurrencies or have highly efficient verification processes.

Things you like, recent improvements you appreciate or current trends you criticize. Or suggest features and trends you'd like to see more of in the future.
Innovating games , I am looking for more lightning games that offers larger bonuses and multiplier than normal game settings as there are only few gambling sites that has this features.

Absolutely agree with you. It’s clear that the appetite for quick, exciting gameplay paired with substantial rewards is there, but not many platforms are stepping up to meet this demand. The future of online casinos definitely seems ripe for a shift towards these types of games. The tech is there. it's just about applying it creatively to enhance the gaming experience and reward mechanisms.

Looking forward to seeing how developers respond to this gap in the market!

For me, a good new casino is one that is handled by staff who are experienced in their field (crypto, online gambling, etc)
With that way, any issues will definitely be resolved quickly.

As for the game design, I think almost all casinos provide the same games/providers, so maybe its not that important in this case.
For live support, it must be handled by experienced people and problem solvers, not just recipients of reports like AI.
For loyalty programs including events/promos and bonuses, provide honest and a complete information from the beginning.
There are still many casinos that offer fantastic loyalty programs, events/promos and bonuses but in reality they are all just traps with hidden terms and conditions.

Casinos hire very experienced developers, designers and marketers. In my country, some casinos probably have more talented people than banks, so it's hard to suggest them any design changes or technical advice because casinos always try to make it comfortable for you to gamble. Personally I would love to see as many games as possible. I would love to see chess on crypto casinos, I would love to massively see Poker, new PvP games, I would love to see some skill-based games that will be controlled to not get abused by bots and I will be able to play with real humans.

Oh and many promotions where there is not a super big competition. I would love to see competition in different games at different times. For example, make competition in slots where it takes me to bet 2$ for example, let's say that 1000 people get collected and then we compete against each other. The top 10 or 100 of those who wager the most, will receive prize that was collected by us depositing some money to take part into competition.

I have observed that some of these casinos don't have experienced or well-trained customer service personnel. They will always keep you waiting until a skillful customer service personnel is free to attend to you. This makes the waiting time too long and I don't find it funny. These staff should have some understanding of gambling and deep knowledge of their casino.

Some casino websites are difficult to navigate through because of poor organization and layout. I know it is important to offer a variety of games but it should make the site too ambiguous to interact with.

Generally, gamblers will prefer casinos that are trustworthy and customer-friendly. Casinos should be known to abide by the terms of service and don't try to bend it when it doesn't suit them. They shouldn't use fair deals to attract gamblers and change it later without informing bettors. I have recently seen some new casinos running long-term campaigns on the forum to promote their service, this is a good development because it might have a positive effect on the casino. Running a one-week campaign might be a sign that the casino is not serious with business.

The biggest change that I would like to see from crypto gambling sites going forward is to completely get rid of fees in any form(Deposit, Withdrawal etc) in order to help gamblers save more money in the long-term.

Some casinos are already offering all of this, but many aren't which is not good and it needs to change hopefully sooner rather than later.
yups , there are several casinos that i come to play who charge nothing for fees since we already spend a lot in their site , our wagering continues to increase and from that they are already profit , though the problem mostly is about the game provider who charge a lot from withdrawal/deposit.

Grin

We have an already existing competitive gambling industry with a plethora of interesting mind blowing games ranging from sports games to casino games with mouth watering features that are so attractive for users pleasure. But in all of these expedition for more and more interesting new games creation am mostly interested in a sports betting or casino's customer service provider how fast their technology is able to respond to customers needs and reports resolving issues within the shortest frame without lingering beyond normal duration. Addition to what I expect is fast and convenient withdrawal process which equals to that of the deposit process. And this is because one have discovered in gambling sites is that the depositing aspect is very quick and ease than withdrawal.

For basic services such as deposits and withdrawals from all corners of the world (without restrictions on the gambler's country), it could be the best option... because so far I have seen several platforms prohibit users from several countries from playing at their casinos... this seems like a boring restriction , because I'm sure many gamblers want to experience other casino platforms freely.
This can't be possible not matter how hard any casinos may want to try to spread it's reach because looking at the different terrains of all the countries of the world you just can't satisfy all the countries policy of operational demands. Some countries policy for a casino to meet before becoming operational in the country may contradict that of another's so in the best interest of the casino they would want to hang around where they find convenient for business in terms of not just the operational policy demands alone but the user-base volume.

What is actually interesting for gamblers is the loyalty system or VIP Rank on the casino platform. What makes one casino different from another is this particular service, if only there was a better and more attractive offer, then I'm sure it would be the best marketing weapon that has the potential to disrupt the glory of existing casino platforms.

Interesting events are sometimes also considered by gamblers to try and play the game in a fun way... some casinos hold events through this forum, such as guessing the score, guessing the price, winning the biggest multiplier and so on. Yes, even though there is special traffic coming from this forum, I hope the platform still doesn't forget about events for users who are not present on this forum.

I do not think there are much that I want than what those sites that rate casinos are using like wide range of casino games, fast deposit and withdrawal, excellent customer care response, deposit bonus, other promotional offers. I also like good security like 2FA login and withdrawal.

and if it's a new casino, don't you give them a chance? I mean, in order to interest you, they need to become completely similar to already known players?
Then how will the development of the industry be?

Thank you for sharing your perspective, and I understand where you're coming from. It's true that many of the points around innovation in online casinos have been discussed extensively. However, it's also important to recognize that the online casino industry, like any other, is subject to evolution and change, driven by both technology and user demand.

While profit is a key motive for casinos, there's a growing understanding that long-term success requires player trust and satisfaction. For example, implementing fair play algorithms, transparency in odds and operations, and responsible gaming features are not just ethical practices but also strategic business decisions to attract and retain players.

But your skepticism is valid, however it's also important to stay open to the possibility of change Wink

- what trends would you like to see in the future (eg interactive game design, innovative customer service or loyalty programs, etc.).

In my case, I would like that in the future and preferably in a very quick future, online casinos would have a physical office in just one country and that they would also have telephone support in many main languages, because one of the biggest problems in the online casino market and very slow support service, even seeing cases where it takes more than a month for support to respond and resolve the person's problem. Let's imagine that a very rich person wants to play with millions of dollars in a casino, but that person researches online casinos and realizes that there are many cases where people have problems and support takes more than 1 month to respond and resolve the problem. Therefore, the rich guy will not deposit a lot of money in the online casino, he will prefer to go and play in the physical casino in his country

- what improvements or features would you specifically appreciate or suggest (what is missing)?

As I said before, what is missing is seriousness, and for that we need to see online casinos having a physical office in some country, having telephone numbers in many main languages so that people can call when they have a problem, currently the image What you have from casino support is not good, even if someone is rich if they tell him to choose between playing with a lot of money in an online casino and running the risk of support ignoring him when he has a problem or playing in a physical casino that he can complain to in person. When there is a problem, I believe that the rich guy will immediately choose the physical casino because it offers greater security. That's why in my opinion the day online casinos start having physical offices and telephone numbers on support, even the toughest countries like the USA will give licenses to online casinos and online casinos will be respected by the governments of very serious countries

Things you like, recent improvements you appreciate or current trends you criticize. Or suggest features and trends you'd like to see more of in the future.

I already mentioned the things I would like to see implemented in casinos: physical office and telephone number. I believe that in the future I will see this. As for the rest, in my opinion it's fine. Current casinos have good design, they have many games. So that part is perfect. the problem is with the casino supports

this is an apt remark. And what you think about AI?
On my mind AI has the potential to revolutionize customer support by offering 24/7 assistance across various languages, thus enhancing the user experience significantly. Automate responses to common queries, reduce wait times, and personalize support based on user behavior and preferences.

Yes the things you mentioned are necessary for a casino site. and if these things are right, gambling can be done on this site. as we gamble for fun these factors are enough for us and for those who gamble for income these factors are very important to use a gambling site. a responsible customar support and and 2FA security system is very important for us to use a casino site. and deposit bonus is also very attractive

I believe they should enhance or introduce enhanced customer service features, which some may already have but most do not yet offer. A remarkable customer service experience can greatly impact satisfaction. Implementing innovative solutions such as AI-powered chatbots for instant assistance when live chat isn't available would be a sought-after feature. This makes it easy and quick for customers to reach out when needed.

I'd also like to suggest innovative loyalty programs that surpass traditional bonus or rewards point offerings. How about personalized rewards tailored to individual preferences, such as merchandise stuff?

This is one thread which both old and upcoming casinos shouldn't fail to take advantage of useful informations that will be shared here, but just as change is one thing in life which is constant, I won't be surprised waking up one morning to see new innovations added to the gambling industry. Because just as we have had a "Play 2 Play" kind of gambling game, I can vividly say it's hard today to come across a casino which offers that "Play 2 Play" gaming feature, where two or more individuals could come gamble between each other, while a fees been paid to the gambling, hence, I will be very happy if we could have more of such casino which offers such pattern of game on a casino, where individual could come stake, fight and win just like "Mortal Combat" e t.c.

Alot of trends are blooming out lately and bit just deposit and withdrawal that make the top this time, we also have some other factors that are coming up along the line and this are very important to note while taking part in this kind of discussions, many of them are improving in more ways other than what we used to have and know before now, some casinos platforms are now coming up that most gamblers are getting experienced in and are making they presence to be avident enough, such as developments that make they ecosystem more friendly enough for gambler's a d how best to enjoy the various new features and development as they come along.

Personally I am happy with what big reputable casinos offer, they offer a huge amount of games selection from sport betting to slots, roulette, blackjack and table games live so there is not more that they can add.I thought that scratching games were not here yet I checked Hacksaw Gaming and they offered quite a lot of such games so there is not really much to add for the casinos.Even slot providers themselves don't know what to do and they have come up with new options like Pragmatic Play which in their latest games is implementing Super Free Spins compared to Free Spins which you can buy with x300 to x500 your bet and usually when you hit it hard there you wins big,it happens very rarely though.

Hi everyone!
looking at how many new gaming platforms are popping up, I thought it would be interesting to talk about, based on your experience and preferences:
- what trends would you like to see in the future (eg interactive game design, innovative customer service or loyalty programs, etc.).
- what improvements or features would you specifically appreciate or suggest (what is missing)?

Anything that can really improve online gambling from the user's perspective.

Things you like, recent improvements you appreciate or current trends you criticize. Or suggest features and trends you'd like to see more of in the future.

This discussion aims to discover what users really value and want to see in the development of online casinos.
