If it is a casino service then it is good suitable in this board but the explanations of the Op is not really clear if it is casino or a currency exchange service. Casinos normally change currencies among themselves so I don't know if there are special sites to do that job. Your concise explanation would have been better at the Op for more understanding. "Exchange for stake", probably if I use the service I will know better so it is for me to test how the service looks like. But is the service for gambling or for only staking currencies? panjul07 have you used the service before? Really the service is confusing me.

Hi, this is an exchanger service working internally in Stake casino. Users sometimes need to exchange their crypto to another crypto, due to high fees, blockchain speed, recipient / wallet support, privacy, min/max betting limits and more. Stake does not offer a swap service, so users can send their crypto to this bot in Stake using tip feature, and receive their desired currency.

I have overlooked this thread and I think this is a great tool which works very well even now as I see in the chat that poorbot is called upon from a lot of players there and I see the stats of this bot, he is gold there at stake and it has a wagered amount of over 500.000 dollars so it is working well. Before that it was dinobot or dinabot I don't remember and I don't know if it is still alive or the predecessor of this bot but that bot worked well too. This type of bot is very very handy especially when you use USDT as when I withdrew from stake USDT and wanted to exchange them in one of the bestchange approved exchanges it got stuck in KYC until I did it, if I used this bot this would not have happened so we all should be very happy for such platforms that they do exist.

Thanks for your comments! Great to hear you found it useful.

I was also afraid of testing the site because I didn't know how it works, though when I clicked it gives me exactly what you share here but wasn't that cool with it, I think the best is for them to launch a review campaign where people would have to test their services and give feedback to it and of course for them to gain attention and exposure here running a review campaign would be the ideal thing to do.

They have been running for almost a year, I dont think they need to launch review campaign because the service itself is simple to use especially for those who are familiar with Stake and its tipping feature.
They have gained such a decent volume since their launch, they had signature campaign as well in the past and I think they do not need any campaign again now.
If you want to try, you dont need to worry or afraid, because the minimum amount to exchange is less than a dollar, if you have $1 in your stake's account, you can try it unless you are afraid to lose $1.

Hey did you read their comments before commenting?
I have just highlighted where op said it's for specific casino, meaning this is a casino based site and of course he is right and I can't be sure of running their service. Most times it's important for these upcoming site to use some reputable manager whom that can easily relate with the community to build trust from the forum here because sometimes it's hard for people to easily trust such services.
I did and that was why I quote both of you because of the respond he gave to you. And as it is a casino based services for specific casino. It still looks like a bilateral services. The service sound awkward. "Exchanger for Stake".  And this is what in the website.

Though I am not arguing with you since I am not familiar with the service. I am only confused that there is nothing related casino in the site but those who using the service know it better therefore I close my case here. And might probably test the service to know more.

Hey poorbot.io don't you think this post will be more appreciated at Currency exchange i might not comprehend what it means but i feels that section is more fitted for your post.
maybe another person can suggest you more appropriate place.
Then about the signature stuff why not contact Royse777 or Little Mouse for detailing because I know you surely need a signature code before you can start making your promotion over here and again 50 post per week would result as spamming, I suggest you can split the post to 25 or even 30 post per week.

Good Luck

Hey, thanks for suggestions! Since this is for a specific casino only, I thought this category would be more appropriate. And there was a similar bot in this category so I decided to post here

For signature thing, you're definitely right, I'm in contact with a campaign manager, I think they will handle that stuff more properly, until then, I've edited the post

Thanks a lot again!

extraordinary achievements in the third party exchange business in casinos, I have a little suggestion, it would be best to upgrade your website to web2 so that users are more comfortable with their accounts

Do you think it is necessary while in fact anyone who use poorbot service do not even need to create an account.
What you need to do is just to fill the form with the required information especially Stake's username, the currencies (from and to) and the amount.
I think it is simpler and easier than using an internal account in the poorbot official site but of course they may consider your suggestion.
Almost a year now and seems that all poorbot users are comfortable enough with the provided service, poorbot would have upgraded it as your suggestion if most of the users suggested it.

That's a huge achievement for a 3rd party exchanging service of a casino. Users have trusted your services and exchanged a huge amount in total. Total exchanged amount was $250k after the first four months. It was a good decision to continue the Poorbot services instead of closing it forever after Eddie's mixed announcement about tipping system.

Does this unknown errors also happens on regular tipping, or is it limited to Poorbot request only? I wonder what cause their API to send that result, which is a bit unreliable for other services. It would be great if the algorithm automatically refund the user whenever Stake responds with an unknown error asap though.

Anyway, it would be great if the user in question can confirm if their issue was resolved. Though he's not a regular member so he probably just moved on when he got his money back.

stake name emilianwonk did send a tip of 0.00048122 btc and gives me the error and that my founds are safe bla bla. im waiting more than 4 hours already ... no retip no refund

So there is an issue with the tipping system? If it is the case, poorbot or any other exchange bot can do nothing except waiting for the site to solve the issue.
If I have to speculate since you dont give clear information about the issue, maybe poorbot has not received the tip in their account so they cant give you the fund back in other coin.
My other speculation is that you have not filled the form, but if it is the case then you should have received refund as the terms of poorbot.
So I think the my first speculation is the case, I dont visit Stake for several days already so I dont know if there is such an issue with the tipping feature.

Hi, sorry about the delay, sometimes Stake returns "unknown errors" so this happens, the amount was refunded

Yeah, these are the main reasons. If they decide to remove tips, nothing I can do unfortunately Smiley
Understandable. So the market is smaller than I thought, which is surprising considering how many tips you've processed. I guess other casinos don't think the feature is essential in the grand scheme of things. On the other hand, it allows casinos that offer tipping features to advertise themselves as offering something unique. Well, at the end of the day, the service is up, hopefully, no more hiccups along the way.

Btw, is there any plan to add a manual switch for the stats on your website? Sometimes I want to see the total amount or the last 24 hours but waiting for a few seconds for that can be a bit annoying at times.

That's good to hear. Previous posts sound like you receive tips and then use them to gamble on a casino straight away. Can't really verify anything if the claims don't give further proof of that.

I noticed a new stat showing how much has been exchanged in the past 24 hours on the website. It's around 6k when I'm writing this, it sounds like a decent number of users are still using the service. Out of curiosity, why are there no plans to support other casinos with similar features? If Stake changed their mind again wouldn't it be troublesome?

Hi, as said before, tips aren't kept in Poorbot account longer than 30 mins, and there was +$50k liquidity available in Poorbot at almost all times. Also, there is a wager requirement to be able to transfer received tips/deposits.

I guess it is because of some possible reasons, such as:

Poorbot is now up again!
Welcome back again! You have kept your promise and added 4 more coins. The fee has been also reduced to 0.8%, it was 1.2% before.

If Stake changed their mind again wouldn't it be troublesome?
Why there will be troublesome? Poorbot will shut down again if Eddie decides to disable the tip feature completely. This exchanger isn't a big profitable business for the OP which might cause troublesome for him.

Out of curiosity, why are there no plans to support other casinos with similar features?

I guess it is because of some possible reasons, such as:
  • There are not many casinos with similar huge number of active players like what what we can see on Stake.
  • Some other casinos already had their own internal exchange so it is impossible for 3rd party exchange bot to operate
  • Some casinos may not accept 3rd party exchange bot because of their own reason

If Stake changed their mind again wouldn't it be troublesome?

If it is happened, there is nothing he can do except accept the fact that he should close the service but I think it will not be troublesome and it may also happen in other casinos (if poorbot is also exist in other casinos). I'd say it is the risk or the consequence of being 3rd party service.

There was only 2 tips over 4-5k USD which were delayed like a few hours, rest were refunded 30 minutes after sending.
I haven't received a message or email from anyone regarding this (well, except the 2 tips I mentioned). Anyone claiming they've not been refunded, feel free to post any evidence here, I'll look it up and show the refund transaction.
