I don't think the script should save which pages YOU archived, but rather check for any archived version existing on archive.is.
yes i mean this, check if page is currently archived, if is usefull
Another nice feature would be an actual 1 clic archive button. Now you need to clic on the button, and then on archive on the new tab. This would allow to archive a lot of links fairly quickly.

Another idea would be to limit the feature to bitcointalk.org* pages.
This would also take care of most of this issue. I only archive bitcointalk pages anyway.

I'm working on new release, i can copy in the machine the url of Archive.is link for this reason ready to paste

Edit - nevermind, I had to re-enable it. Works great but one addition would be great - for multi-page topics, make the OP link use the link to archive the ENTIRE thread. (If possible)? Otherwise, this is just great either way, thanks!
