I believe the OP is asking if any of those places card(ask for your id), you when you initiate the transactions at those moneygram retailers.
I have used bitinstant through cvs, as has my boyfriend--never encountered any problems.

Yes I have done it a few times through walmart.
Has anyone on this site used bitinstant to purchase bitcoins? If so, have you done it through a Walmart or cvs or any other participating locations? Do they card you for the transaction? Any help would be appreciated
