Moreover I believe at the beginning of the crypto journey, it's advisable to put hobbies and luxuries aside in order to maximize the re-investments' potential by using 100% or nearly 100% of the profit made to purchase more coins or to keep the portfolio intact generating passive income and growing.

The more the investor does this, the more confortable and abundant it will be his income later. I believe the sacrifices made on the present moment worth on the future when we see the fruits generated through them.

I do it a little differently to you. I take half of the profits for me to use in other needs. like a vacation or some wish that I have to fulfill. I have to do this concept, if all my capital and profits are kept in crypto, this is too insecure in my opinion. because if one day the market falls, we cannot enjoy the fruits of our labor. As it is now, the market has fallen by various factors, one of which is inflation.

It is not safe to use all profits to reinvest. We invest to make a profit, but we should remember that investing does not always bring us returns, there will be times when it makes us lose. Every time I make a profit, I will reward myself with something, a part I will use for life and the rest I will reinvest or I will convert into savings. For me, I've always had a savings account because I know investing is risky sometimes and that savings helps me fill in the gaps when my investments hit a bump.

I bet you will just scratch your head and end up regretting but good for you that you have realized your mistakes and now ready again for a brand new start.

In my case, I use my profits on the things that are beneficial like buying foods, paying bills and if there are some left, maybe I will store them in my wallet for a while and use it for important stuffs again later on.
