Hi, I was looking too for a wallet for IOS on the iPhone, and since watching this thread I’ve downloaded Edge Wallet. It’s really easy to use and so far has worked without any problems. Hope this helps .
I use Green Address on my Iphone. (known as Green Wallet too.) It supports segwit and has a clear UI. Also recommended by bitcoin.org. I had no problems with it.
I don't recommend btc(dot)com or bitpay wallets. (do not use blockchain(dot)info too. Their security sucks)

Blockchain.info is a web wallet, and they offer a horrible service.I advise you to download greenaddress, I used it for a long time without problems as you can sync your computer and your mobile OS "Android & ISO."
In addition to the above, they only support BTC and not some sh*tcoins
Are you sure you want to hold bitcoins on the phone? Come on, this is not the safest device to keep your funds. It can easily be forgotten, stolen or broken.

The "best" and "easiest" wallet to use is subjective. I suggest testing a few wallets on your own, then decide for yourself.
