Canuck21. I am from Canada and also had great difficulty verifying with IDnow.

Try the "webcam" verification option and use a cable or RJ45 connection (not over WiFi). Yes the wait times at IDnow can be long depending on when during the day time you try to connect. During my dozens of attempts I waited as little as 5 minutes and as long as nearly 1 hour. A lot of time waiting if you have to redo the KYC process over, and over and over. It can be frustrating.

If you have all your documents ready (form A, passport, utility bill) don't give up! Find a stable, high bandwidth internet connection. Most of my problems were due to low bandwidth that made the KCY process nearly impossible due to lags, and dropped signal.

Hi Everyone,
Just an update. I finally made it through the IDnow verification process and the sense of relief is enormous! I hope this information might help anyone else who hasn't yet verified.

Most of the issues I was having related to not verifying were problems on my end - NOT with IDnow or UTRUST. I tried verifying using my cell phone to verify but failed several times.

This morning I switched to the "webcam" option for verification and I made sure I was using hardwired (RJ45 cable) connection to the internet (not over WiFi). I also realized that I needed to add my mobile number with my country code to get passed the final IDnow consent form.

The verification using my laptop with cable was quick and fast with no issues. I should have used this set up first and avoided all the frustration and stress.

Finally, I have to thank Julia at UTRUST who was amazing with answers to my questions during my failed verification attempts during the last 2 weeks. You were really helpful!

So, if you haven't verified yet. Use your laptop (or borrow a friends) with a stable internet connection. Good luck.

Nobody from Idnow ever picks up the call. I have tried now 5 times, on 3 different days. Am I just supposed to wait for hours? There is no wait time estimation or anything... and utrust support doesn't seem to care, they just keep saying try later... No escalation process or anything. Good luck being a dispute resolving "industry leader".. good grief

Price will be what you want for him, it's not tradable for moment ....
But when i bought UTK with ETH, ETH was arround 250 dollars now it's X3 ... so i think investitor not sell less than 0.2 but i think and hope it will be a lot of more Wink

So do you still have to withdraw them to my ether wallet first or can you move them directly onto a ledger nano s from the UTUST dashboard Huh

I've never used a ledger nano s before and am not to sure the way to go about it with these tokens.

Could someone run me through the process of getting them off the UTUST dashboard onto a ledger nano s. Thanks.
