It is hard to believe, but Utrust seems to be a scam ... their unprofessional, ignorant behaviour on telegram chanell is the worst I have seen ever
I would recommend managment to change telegram admins immediately, otherwise they would have lost all credibility what is left of

Something to be aware of because this project raises too many red flags.
Even if you manage to pass KYC somehow it would be the best to keep your keyboard away from their telegram channel because if things are not written in superlatives you`ll be banned from the chat no matter how much you invested.
Team of this project had proven their malicious attempts with that they are doing, my concern here is how deep this goes, from rating agencies to the city of Zug incubators, who among them is mocked to the degree as this project is?
Either there are complete n00bs behind this project either they are criminals.

Another quick update on the IDNow KYC process for ICO participants that contributed more than $500.
- The average waiting time is now only 96 seconds!
- The final SMS delivery success rate is now at 98.5%!

Please note that we are still working on countries that are not currently supported by IDNow (e.g. Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia). As soon as we know more, we will update you.

All this worries around this project.I passed KYC now waiting for tokens release. In order to bridge gap between real world and crypto world ,imho, this is a necessary step,and like all new and unexplored territories there are and will be many obstacles to overcome.
There is no smooth ride in investments.It's absolute imperative for cryptos to connect with real world and that means accepting some of the rules.
I believe this is good a project. In the end it all comes down to you and your judgement. Make a decision and live with it. Best of luck to everybody.

I invested in ICO up to $ 500. Now I'm puzzled and do not quite understand the algorithm for getting my tokens. Is the state passport of Russia suitable, or is it necessary to have a foreign passport?

They are going to sell the coins at the exchange and don't want that they were disturbed by users. At the good price only developers will sell.
95% of people won't be able to trade in the coins They intentionally detain KYC. Also don't give him to pass to people with a big size of a deposit.
There is no random. They are liars and swindlers.

Now the 3rd company for KYC procedere. This has become a real pain in the ass, hopefully contributors up to 500$ can really get through this verification quickly.
For what purpose they are asking for verification and specially who invested more than 500$? Is there anything wrong with the ICO, already the ico completed ?

Actually, the preparation of UTRUST team is not good. Most of investors feel unhappy. Hope everything is better. We invest in UTK and we always hope you get successful.
They do what they can, obviously things didn't go as smoothly as they hoped they would be, but this only delay the project, utrust is still a very good project and one very valuable as that, so its ok, for now, we only need to wait, better if this token go exchanges in January, this month will be chaotic, and we need it to be fresh and clean.

This is not the case as UTRUST - according to their newsletter you should have received - switched from IDnow to Jumio in a matter of days. 
While I have some concers about UTRUST, the KYC issue really isn't their fault. Thing is: companies want to follow KYC guidelines of the location they're registered, which is Switzerland in this case. There is only one company doing KYC for ICOs in Switzerland as it seems, which is IDnow. Look over at Hdac, they're backed by Hyundai, it's a 200 million dollar project and surely no scam - they are registered in Zug, Switzlerand as well and they have exactly the same issues with IDnow (Intrum and IDnow are partners).
