Well, you have to keep in mind that these $ 9.31 million include the $ 3.5 million that they got during the private sale and the pre-sale. If you subtract that, it's still $5.81 million which is really impressive for the first couple of hours of the ICO!
Soft cap nearly reached, that's the first important part. And yes, I think $5.81M is still a very good start considering the current market situation and that's still more then a lot of other ICOs get.

with bitcoin fork this is much better than anyone could expected and it reveals the market knows where to put the money

Crash of ethereum and other alt coins could be the problem but there is still plenty of time

so far everything is not bad, investors do not need a maximum cap, then how to raise a $ 50 million cap if the platform is not expected soon?
This high bullish trend on bitcoin is starting to worry me. I think a slow and steady growth would be better because if it goes on like that there will be a huge crash soon.

No tangible product until Q4 2018, almost a year after ICO. That’s a bit of a concern isn’t it?
It is not, as long as these group delivers. We know that it take time to established a perfectly working platform. At least this people knows how much time it will take for them to build the platform and the service. Unlike other ICO that rushing things out and end up messing around.
It's impossible to develop a project like that in a few months. They need time to develop the platform and to forg new partnership to gain a foothold in the market
It's great that they already got 18% of their hard cap. They just need a little more to reach the soft cap and all this on a bearish market.
Watching the actual state of the market, that's a really good start.
