it might be a little hard at the beginning but everybody knows that blockchain technology is in its childhood by now. this project will profit a lot of its early existence

Maybe because of the ones who bought their tokens cheaper during the pre-sale and private-sale the price could go below the ICO-price. But that's pure speculation, you shouldn't hope for that.

If I was to take a guess, I'd say that it probably will go below ICO price. I'm only saying that based on statistics of previous ICO's. That is what usually happens.
If you want to invest, just split the sum. Put half in ICO and with the other half be ready to grab some cheap tokens from the exchange afterwards. Even if the price starts growing, ur already making profit. + you'll have funds available to invest somewhere else.

The price after the ICO is omitted by those who bought with a big bonus and begin to sell between their price and the price of ICO. This happens almost always. But if the project is really worth something, the price subsequently grows and comes to its normal rate. If the project is shit, then nothing will save the price.

I do not think this is possible since UTRUST is implementing KYC, meaning, even with the use of VPN, their location and identity will be known nullifying VPN for anonymity.

etherdelta listing all token with smart contract, so i think yes, utrust will be list at etherdelta when token distributed
after ico ends in 7 days

Tokens can be treated almost immediately on ether delta but this exchange is garbage, definitely worth to wait on official updates

This is what they posted for US residents:
UTRUST is evaluating the acceptance of U.S. residents in their upcoming ICO on November 2nd 2017. You can now register your intent so we can reach out to you if the opportunity becomes available.

So they actually haven decided about the USA being able to participate. Its good they have some time left but it would be really beneficial for Utrust if they can get investments from US and raise their initial budget.
