I think its not a global reason, each of them has their own reasons.
And the ico date on this project isnt delayed, it has been determined from the beginning.

There are many ICOs and not enough time for investors to know them all, so some projects are delaying to get people to invest later, though utrust hasn't delayed their ICO, their pre-ico has finished and they are just waiting, for what, i dont know.

Some potential investors are waiting for the ICO schedule. I hope the announcement comes soon. It is not good for the project to leave the investors hanging. If ever postponement is planned, an update can easily be made by the devs. We will all understand for there are some instances that we cannot avoid.
