This Soma partnership is huge deal. I'm sure that ICO of Soma will be successful so definitely their platform could be good marketing for Utrust

Pre sale already over, and was a great sucess, I think the ico will continue in that way. Utrust is really a nice project with partnership possibility and a lot of features to come. Investors like that, that increase the value of the project.

Well some exchanges propose 0% fees or nearly 0%, this must be taken into account. It's sure that it's a good feature but I don't think it will be decisive.
Not sure! If we're talking about online payments, fees must be as low as possible in order to attract common users.

Is Utrust platform designed to be a payment medium similar to the Paypal system? Also Is this ICO offering a utility token, or is it a security? The video said that Utrust acts as a utility, but American citizens can't participate in the ICO. Can someone provide a little clarity? Thanks!
I though Americans can't participate in all ICO's, not just security ones. as far as I understand it, it is paypal for crypto and the token is utilitarian.

USA people cant take part in ICO? Also Canadian? May be this is good.. because they will buy late on the exchanges
I would not recommend to invest if the country you are citizin in restricts you from it. If you make a profit you will have a hard time getting the money, and you dont want to explain your illegal profits to the
tax gov of the usa
Violating USA regulations isnt good at all, especially if you get caught.
There don't have the ressources to put the ban into action. How do you want the US government to check if it's citizen took part into the ICO knowing that their fiat investment went surely thought multiples different blockchains ?
You are right but still, it is illegal. If you are a small investor, no-one will know probably. But if you are a big investor getting audited, you will have some hard time to explain it. If you are US citizen, it is your own risk to participate.

Same here, I also wanted to know what is the current update of the Utrust ICO. Oh and when is the ICO date if some of you may know because I couldn't find it anywhere?
The platform is designed to be integrated into different kind of merchants, so i think it will fit naturally to your business. However, it would be wise to test the system first before doing any live implementation to assess it according to your needs.
I can say that there is no 100% perfect system. But i have confidence in UTRUST development team to do their best to deliver the project successfully.

Yeah its good for the buyer and seller. buyer gets no fee then the seller can get their payment in fiat. its a winwin. Utrust will be the next biggest online payment platform in the near future.

That would be the promo feature of Utrust and another great pro point for most of the cryptocurrencies. Will be buying some soon when the ICO starts.

Will the ICO contain a disclaimer that Americans are prohibited from participating? Safeguarding UTRUST from litigation must be considered.
