It´s for shure no scam, but nobody can tell you if it works or not, like every other business.

I think you should look at the long term whit this one, at least wait for them to partner u with some ecommerce platform in the future, right now is more or less just an idea but the real value will come when their platform will be up and running.

It would be nice if Utrust can announce a nice ecommerce partner.

but paypal only contains dollars, I think cryptocurrency does not need paypal, although many are using paypal, I think paypal is not perfect to be the world currency, and cryptocurrency is the most perfect

Yes, with that argument we may think that cryptocurrencies are best but we need a service where the customer and the merchant can have a mutual trust on each other.

I will have to refer this to the technical team but am not sure there is anything we could do to prevent this. Of course, there will be KYC and AML for merchants so if they are still trying to scam after years, you could probably come after them legally.

This is a weighty accusation of the project. You cannot accuse it as scam until it is over. For the meantime the project is on process and under development. I believe those who comment negative in this thread also have the same motive, that this project is becoming a threat to its competitor that is why this rumor that Utrust is a scam is just non other than a black propaganda too.
