I Don't find any interesting about the project because as a project you need to open all the sources of your future strategy but how will people invest without giving proper details about projects and theme.

Token distribution

The more Waves you contribute, the more tokens you get.

The base token distribution formula is very simple: there are 100.000.000 tokens created. 75% of them will be distributed during the ICO, while 10% are reserved for the bounty campaigns and 15% are reserverd for the developer team.
UWT's price per token will be determined by the amount invested divided by the total number of coins made available for distribution. This system is much more fair, as it makes sure all tokens get distributed. If there will be only one person weird enough to invest in this ICO, it means that he will get 75.000.000 UW Tokens, irrespective to amount invested. We accept all Waves tokens and assets, including Waves, WCT, Bitcoin, Nigger and others.

Every UWT purchase of at least 0.5 Wave worth during the ICO will receive an additional 50% UWT per Wave. Also, don't miss out on our bounty campaign!

I'll admit—the "white paper" and the "road map" were very clever.

But you should be ashamed of yourself for so blatantly ripping off my useless token ICO! I spend minutes of my time every single day (for the last few days, anyway) getting ready for the UET crowdsale next week, and I've spent at least $15 of my hard-earned money on this project.
