I negged him as well. Even with the self-moderated thread business aside, the service he's offering is basically only for account farmers who have so many alts enrolled in bounties/campaigns that they can't keep up with the posting--I can't see anyone else who'd take advantage of an offer like that, and in any case I have no doubt that if he got anyone taking him up on it that it'd be detrimental to the quality of the forum.
We've had members offering services like this before, but I haven't seen an example in quite a while (but I have the services section on ignore, so I could just be missing all of them). Has anyone seen members offering to post for other members recently?

On top of that he even announced prior to deleting that all posts expect his will be removed so no questions who did that.I think he deserves a negative trust because he should not be trusted as he is newbie that created a self-moderated topic to manipulate to scam. This could probably lead to scam.
Nothing wrong with creating self-moderated thread but deleting all comments is definitely suspicious. Someone who plans to do job as advertised shouldn't be afraid of the comments and questions. Anyway, left him negative feedback.

Even if his service was genuine, In way, he's going to promote spam and generic non-constructive replies because
I will provide a maximum of 5 unique posts per day and posts will be sent in .txt through your telegram account or direct message and you can paste it using your account just remember to wait 3-5 minutes before posting again.
How will he know which replies to make to certain threads at different times? This is totally non-constructive.
I believe this is not done by a moderator but by V3rtigo, he claimed himself to be a Hero member but with newbie account. He wants to provide a service for maximum of 5 people to help them to post each week and be paid. Suchmoon asked him to provide link if he is a quality poster but no link provided, he is a newbie, no evidence yet than a scammer that is looking for a victims to scam.
