Are those screenshot taken from their official site or a windows wallet? I have no problem logging in their site, it is still working as usual here.
this is screnshots from my wallet... it was working, suddenly it closed and when i try open it see this images

VAL would be removed from C-CEX if their average daily trading volume less than 0.2 BTC. The next 60 days will be crucial for VAL.
ha ha ha ha ha .... 60 days ?? I do have suspect that valor will be dead by that time
