VeChain before swap really was traded for 8$ but after swap to VeChain Thor, price was automatically decreased 100 times. So we can say that ATH price after swap is 0.08$.
maybe you can see from the chart created in coinmarketc how is the VeChain price movement, I see the price of vechain once reached a price of $0.0194 and now the price collapses to the price of $0.003442, so maybe you can open an order at $0.003.

Yes this is the best time to buy Vechain. This project will go through until cryptocurrency existed in the planet. This one is one of the best project and had a strong partners all over the world.

Let me clarify. I invested in Vechain in Nov 17. ATH was 80K sat in Jan 18 which is equivalent of 800 SAT right now. Split was 1:100. It lost about 85% since ATH which is good enough compared to other projects. Do not check dollar value, it's tricky. BTC was 14K on those days, it's 3K now.
