VeChain (VEN) price is slowly increasing by the green trend of altcoins. It's still undervalued according to its all time high prices which was around 61k sats. But it's improving day by day.

For the first time I saw something like this. There is no need for a coin that is already very popular right now to advertise this way. If the ico process is new or a new coin to emerge, perhaps it would make sense. But I think this is a scam

Ven is at the lowest prices of its history at the moment. I predict that it will go back to its real price in Q2 2018 with the mainnet launch, not early than that.

some people complain about 1 bilion of total coin supply - i think that is irrelevant for the most part.. what matters is current market cap at the moment of investing..

i mean.. if bitcoin was 21 billion instead of 21 million - people would still have made the same profits putting in the same money (unless they would buy less of them, thinking that they already a lot - which is psychological and it may have some effect, but not as crucial... if you believe in some shares you not gonna go " oh ok I gonna buy 634 of shares " you gonna go "hey i got a 1000 usd free to invest, i will just put that in"

what is relevant on the other hand is what are the fees for using the VEN functionalities (cause that's how basically it is going to be "SPENT") - ie how much will the big companies spend on let say.. every shipment they make from their factory to the assembly and then how much fee for confirming the shipment from assembly to the shop

with bitcoin - we know how much the fees cost - with VEN i have no fu**** clue and can't find that out. anyone?

"on the third hand" ;d even if the fee is low - if hundreds of thousands of multimillion dollar companies in the world start using VEN for tracking their products, shipping number of batches every single day, perhaps that could add up...?

the value of VEN lies in the cost of it's use - I believe.. maybe I am wrong I don't know.. i mean.. if the fee for tracking a shipment from china to europe into the retail store is let say.. 10 dollars in VEN - then the person is gonna buy 10 dollars worth of VEN to track that shipment... they are not gonna spend 20 dollars on something that cost 10, they gonna spend 10 - i hope that is clear

so.. the cost of the fee for the functionality/service will drive the market...

now someone f**** tell me what in hell is that fee ;d

another question is what is it going to be in the future..

If the price is low enough, is the choice of investment, venchain the progress of the development is very good, but there are many businesses and vechain cooperation, so long-term investment is worth the attention.

seems to be progressing to new heights to me. I think it is a valid and viable investment. Just buy and hold till next year and something great will likely come from this project. It's on my list of coins that i plan to stock up on over the next few weeks also.

VeChain looks interesting.

We are doing something sort of similar, except using existing barcodes and a new system of QR codes we call dual-layer QR codes, where we can embed encrypted messages in QR codes without increasing the size of the QR code. We can actually get 30% more information in a QR code using this method.

We hope to implement this into wallets, so you can hide private messages in QR, and *maybe* encode your Private Key in a QR code (for a paper wallet) so that if someone finds the QR code with your private key there is another layer of security there.

Kühne + Nagel (Large German logistics company) + Lidl web shop based on Alibaba + VeChain to protect German products from being counterfeit in China could make perfect sense.

KuCoin will list VEN. The AliBaba rumors are also good. VEN is gaining traction, has announcements coming and has pre-pump growth potential. Counterfeit goods are a global issue and the wine industry is huge in China and if AliBaba has had a word with VeChain the price will massively increase.. have a look at those articles.
