I always thought that scammers are smart than any other ordinary internet users. So I always try to make myself smarter than scammers.
Well, Ventmode proved me wrong, lol, they just used Virat's photo to show them and their project legit, crap. Virat is one of the popular sportsmen and at least a quarter of the world's population know him.

It is not a scam project now but after getting the money it will be, if there is no pictures available you should fill that with fake pictures 
and you will not change that until someone catches your fake story.I am sure you will repeat the process with a new domain and appear again with a new name.

It depends on trust and you started working your project lying so it is a scam project until prove the opposite.

We know that this is not your first project, so you should be well aware of the consequences of using someone else's pictures instead of your own and then asking from people to invest their hard earned money. In order for people to invest in you, they have to trust you, and how will they do that if you can't even do the basics?
Experience from Coinware should have thought you what not to do , since 3 of your team members were involved with that, but it seems it didn't.
