There won't be another McAfee pump again and it definitely won't reach $1. Even if it might rise in a real bull market (a rising tide lifts all boats), I wouldn't sit on it and wait. There are better projects to hold for sure.

Dont expect too much with this currency and if i were you try to at least wait for this to reach $0.1-2 then sell it all and find currency in which with smaller cap.

There is nothing wrong if you wanna wait since it looks like the investment you use is amount that you cana fford to Lose so why not?maybe in the next 5 years or more who knows?

Verge is one of the old coins that has existed from 2014, so it is very safe to invest in old coins like Verge. Actually, Verge's
performance is not that great, since the hype in 2017 and reaching all time high prices. Until now the price hasn't shown it
will go up. Even the current price of Verge has dropped to -9.76% this is due to the falling Bitcoin price. So my prediction is
not likely for Verge to hit $ 1 anytime soon.

Yes and old coin, and a popular coin in the past and if I still remember correctly, it was very popular in Bittrex, but now it's in Binance which owns the biggest volume.

Depends on how the team would work on it, it's ATH was around $.25, so $0.1 is possible but $1 is very much unlikely.
Looking at its price performance, looks like it has calm down for a while.

It can't reach such rate and replace your verge coin with another coin that is still having a lot of potential. All of partnerships that have already made by verge were useless and this coin has no utility usage too. If you wanna make a lot of money and you must leave this coin.Too much problems happened started from the hacked case, crap partnership and many more. verge was very popular as a bad coin.

Most probably would delist to nothing than hit $1. Its still down 97.4% from its peak despite so many alts making big gains in 2020. I would not try to get into this hoping for it to increase 140x. Do you realize it has supplyof 16.5B. There is zero % chance of a privacy coin like verge to hit 16B market cap. It wont be mainstream. Only privacy coins which are doing ok are Monero and Dash and they are down big from their peak in early 2018 phase. I think for cryptocurrency to hit mainstream it needs buy in from regulators and that wont happen for privacy based coins.

I did invest in verge back in late 2017 and saw it rise up to 2000 sats and then crash. Thankfully I exited my position at profit around 1000 sats. I lost money looking for privacy coins that could go up huge with Obsidian(that is delisted as developers lost interest). So be careful what you wish for.

your goal is totally non sense rate. Even with the 10x increase and verge is not yet touched $1 and we have already learned so many lessons from the various hacked cases that happened with verge.

It will never touch such rate and I hope you started to see the reality if people are prefer investing in defi

$1 with 16.3 billion of supply? I don't think so, that needs to have a big market cap and for you to know how much it will cost.
Just get to calculate it. Verge is still popular and high volume trading but dropped the ranking from overall crypto market.

No one knows if your coin will reach this goal. Because if everyone knew in advance, everyone in the market would make a profit. But the currency you are talking about, $1 is a very big target for this XVG coin. If you are hoping for such a big target, you will be disappointed later. This target is far from what I have seen from CMC as the current market situation.

Swap it with Dogecoin. Coins are similar just that Dogecoin is a fair project while Verge had huge premine. People will use Dogecoin 10 even 20 years from now. No one will even remember then that verge existed.

Well this is an old altcoin, it got a lot of hype in 2017. I remember this altcoin was fomo by a lot of people and the price went up many times, then the market crashed and also caused this project to fall. down several times. And it's too hard for it to go back to what it used to be because it's too old

I am pessimistic this coin is able to fly to $ 1 because privacy coins are not very popular in the market.

Privacy coin is mostly use by persons that want to hide their identity and want untraceable transaction. Not all crypto investors like it this is only work for those who want to hide something or they feel that its not really secure for them to transact with traceable crypto currency like bitcoin and other.

Considering their fundamentals, supply, etc you can already guess how difficult it is to reach $1. If that time does come, then Bitcoin is probably trading in the $100k area or more.

I agree with you Rajakulam, nobody knows what can happen in the future. For not Verge is far away from $1, but if something
big happens, things can change quickly. About Verge I know little, old coin, privacy focused, they are surviving for years and
that means something to me. Maybe they can make some break trough with some new updates, but all that depends on the team
and their ideas.

If you were moving your portfolios and then you can make a lot of money. VErge has no potential to go to the $1 again and it has so many problems and bugs. People were moving out from the verge platform into the another platform.

well the best they can do is only about 0.3 cent 2 years ago, if you are hoping this coin gonna hit 1$ i dont think its possible because they are not even touch their 50% their ath on past 1 years, also everyone already get big profit from holding this coin on 2017, well let see if there something big news or partnership from this project, lately i dont really follow privacy coin like this, focusing on new hype called DeFi, because its give me big time profit ahaha.
