I had invested in that coin a little bit. But I think there is now future for that coin. They are losing all in all options of anonymity against anonymous coins like xmr, zcash and new coins. I will die when the race of coins will start.

The current policy is not particularly friendly to anonymous tokens, so it seems to me that the risk of investing in XVG is very high.

Well, the discussions about this coin went up recently, as one can see from the news. And the coin is 18%+ right now, even though the market is bleeding lightly. The coin is also really far from its max price, which I guess means that it has more chances of bringing profit to investors. The recent news about the coin is that they signed partnership with someone and that they got crowdfunding of 75 million coins! I guess they do have a strong community, even though their project doesn't sound strong to me.

My take on it is that this coin (like many other useless coins) will eventually die and it will be forgotten, I don't see a use for it in the future, there are better anon coins

Their team wants to collect millions of dollars just to announce their partner, what's with the fraudulent actions? If you look at the chart today, you can see the obvious pump of this coin. have you read anything about verge? the general consensus seems to be that it fails in almost all the categories that would mark it as a privacy coin,
didn't they want $2m from the community to "fund" a partnership or something like that?

just all around a terrible coin in my opinion, do your research and you might have another opinion
