I think it is a normal pump of this coin, verge is a good coin that has a great roadmap ahead in this coming months, so despite all of the FUD’s and negative news in cryptocurrency it will go up because of its ongoing projects in this coming months and aside from that it has a good community supporting this project. This are the cause why it is in the trend.
If the price is pumped to double or triple of current price, I will sell most of my coins.
I think this is an artificial price increase. I would be very cautious, this token has grown very fast in price, it can similarly quickly fall at any moment
Once a coin gets lots of attention, it is very hard for it to be unpopular and drop much so I think verge may go back to its ath in the long term.
I am happy with the last growth, I'm not sure that it will continue. But I'll wait till the 17th of April.
And what about the 51% attack that started on April 4th? Doesnt it pose a threat to the whole cryptocurrency? Or it is some black PR? Do we need to worry about it?
The volatility of the cryptocurrency market is understandable, and if you want to succeed in this market, you need to learn how to adapt it. The cryptocurrency market is constantly fluctuating because it is too small and vulnerable to speculators, but when the market is bigger, things will be more stable. I am very optimistic about this market and the opportunity is still open to investors.
What a crazy pump at Verge, but I think it will not make new ATHs soon and maybe it will come down again to 1000 sat or something like that. I will wait for some more dump and maybe I will buy it back, But that will take a long time.

haha, indeed. And never trust in a coin when celebrities in pubic said he supports it. If celebrities say they support coin, that means he wants it to go up. But who knows whether they buy it at all. 
Since it is mcafee hyped coin I hate it, no way I can buy it. There are also better privacy coins like monero. Verge is the worst privacy coin for me.
I really trusted Verge in past but hesitate to invest right in cause risks were very deep, deeper than going all in for me. Now everydays it makes me regret not investing money in it. Its good coin even in bear market.

Same perspective as yours man! I'm not gonna in on it I'm more looking on most outstanding privacy coins that is stable like Monero,dash and new born DeepOnion that has more functionable privacy features and anonymity as well . On the other part this coin is good prospect for shortime traders

Its good to have both coins due to this hyper that makes it hype. This two coins were good to use in day trading actually, especially if they behaves like that and we don't want to use our holding coins to trade.

It has caught an incredible upward trend. But after that time it can be risky. What do you recommend.
I think it is quite probable that the price rises further until the day before the announcement. FOMO will kick in and there were already wild speculations about Amazon being the partner, which doesn't sound very realistic.After the announcement there might be a dip even if the announced name meets expectations (but isn't Amazon
) because everyone sells the news.

Verge has a partnership with a huge company according to the lead dev. The name of the company will be relased on April 17th, thus there is lots of speculation and hype about who the partner company is. The name cannot be released earlier due to a NDA with the partner company.
Maybe someone just pushed price up? What do you think, for look pretty similar to pump/dump scheme. Also, verge has small capitalization so I think it's possible
Verge development is open source & community driven, and not a private company funded by pre-mine coins or ICO, so the future potential is very good, I think the value will be good in the future, but it is difficult in short term because of the negative issue in the world of crypto is always a barrier
