XVG is also an anonymous token, so it takes care to invest in anonymous tokens.
Because Japan has begun to limit the liquidity of anonymous tokens,

I think this is the reason why Verge has partnered to tokenpay, Tpay is going to partnered with banks in the future though we all know that this coins are fully anonymous and it's a mineable token. So let's see what this coins bring us.

it’s true that some banks accept Verge because of some reason but not most of them because where bitcoin is not reached in that position which is most used and most value able crypto system so verge should not expect this that they will beat with bitcon its foolish idea because bitcoin have the value which doesn’t have that value.

It sounds good. Though I have no idea about verge but if the info in the article are true, I hope it will do good in the industry. But I am bit confused about its acceptance in bank.

I stand with Ukraine.
In my country the most popular digital currency bitcoin is not acceptable in the bank. So, the acceptance of verge is very far in our country.

This is true for the most of other countries too. So calling your local bank and asking whether they are accepting Verge would be a bit ridiculous imo. I'm not trying to say that XVG is sh*tcoin, because it's definitely not, but the title of the article stating that "The Banks have Said Yes to Verge" looks clickbaity to me. Verge still hasn't shown a significant rise in price since the "news", but we have to admit that this coin is taken seriously by most part of the prominent exchanges and that it's acceptance as a payment option is on the rise (check out the recent decision of Pornhub to accept Verge cryptocurrency).

The partnership relationship between TPay and Verge is really cool. I don't understand their relationship though but it's a good deal for xvg.

True or not, I'd rather wait for an official statement from the banks, this "news" is coming from a random article that is obviously trying to build hype around Verge. Tbh, this sounds like nothing but bait to attract cryptocurrency newcomers into the hype train.

The coins; dream seems to be coming…

yeah, keep falling for dreams and hopes and you'll eventually get burned. Don't fall for the hype, just my advice.

I assume this is speculation, haven't read this article but the bank may accept coins that have really no central entity behid it like bitcoin, or the ones that has very strong team behind it so I would not expect it to be verge.

If Verge is accepted in banks then it will be a good news in crypto currency. Around the world crypto currency is slowly recognized by banks and countries and now some of them accepting it as a currency. Verge is one of the example that crypto is now adopted with people and it just the beginning of the digital currency era.

This is a good news partially because the banks are accepting Verge. But, there're countries who have banned crypto currencies. As a result, those countries won't allow to deal with it. However, I hope this good news will bring positivity in the crypto currency market.

Honestly, I don't understand why the bank is interested in XVG.
As far as I know, Verge is an anonymous coin and banks are centralized and need information about their clients  Huh

If you are a Verge (XVG) user, it is about time you called your local bank and ask whether they are accepting vergecurrency. The coins; dream seems to be coming…

This is old news that has been announced since Apr 27, by TPAY official twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/tokenpay/status/989556227364605952
And I think this news does not have a big impact on the market because today XVG price is lower than its price on Apr 27. Maybe next verge should tempt more banks to make a big impact

Wow! This report is unbelievable actually. This news is such that have come in handy for the future of Verge. I think this is a very important step forward for verge. How I wish I have some of it in my disposal. Anyway, it isn't too late for me, I hope I can buy some soon. On the issue of local banks accepting it in all nook and cranny of the entire world, I think it will be a gradual process; not one that can be rushed. Good luck once again to verge's team and greater heights ahead.

Verge hasn't shown any rise since the publication of the article and I think that the sentence from the article, "The price has only one option; skyrocketing", is a bold statement. Nevertheless, we shouldn't underestimate XVG's potential. If $XVG debit card will be indeed issued we can expect a significant rise in price of this coin considering that it is already an established one, with 12 million USD daily trading volume, which is listed on almost any significant exchange with the exception of Poloniex (for the reasons unknown to me).

Btw, does anyone have any thoughts on why XVG is not listed on Poloniex?

This is certainly better news than the one where they announced their partnership with Pornhub and Brazzers. If they will indeed succeed with their plans it will probably cause a nice increase in price, so this would be a good moment to buy some XVG.
