I prefer IEO over ICO because it saves time for everyone, investors, project/owners.
10 sec is quite an impressive result to end an IEO.
But in my opinion it is not the right system because maybe there are many investors who may not get a chance to grab some Veriblock.
I know its too early to provide a negative comment, but I believe it will improve over time.

Veriblock trading not far from its IEO price. Seems like the trend of profit is becoming normal now. In my opinion I think IEO trend will be over and many will stop participating once the trading on exchange doesnt incurred profits like what was happening on binance platform. Many exchange follow the same line and now IEO is really overtaking the normal ICO.
I have no idea how something could be sold out in 10 seconds for that much money, nothing is that special, hell even if I knew what happens to bitcoin in 2008 and buy bitcoins I wouldn't buy it up all in 10 seconds that is way too quick. Calculations on how much you can buy and not disturb the market is really not done in these new coins, we have no idea who owns how much of veriblock and how it could hurt the market.
Maybe it was done in 10 seconds because someone bought a huge amount of it basically covering the whole IEO by himself in short span of time? Maybe that is why veriblock looks like it is loved by everyone but actually owned by just one? That would mean there is horrible times ahead for people who hold Veriblock and that person posses a big threat to the price? We have no clue if that is the case or not.

Probably those who bought it uses bot that's why the quick 10 seconds sold out of Veriblock. But I agree that we really don't know if there is manipulation from behind or maybe some entities colluded and buy everything that quick. And probably they have the leverage to control the price whichever direction they wanted to stir the wheel.
Well Veriblock is already trading below IEO price in terms of satoshis, so this should put a perspective on IEO investments in that they are not

No matter who invested, what matter is the IEO was sold out and this project has a good funding that might be another potential coin in the future.

Kucoin held multivac on April 05 and it was successfully completed within 7-8 seconds. I think almost all of the IEO now will be able to succeed but the problem is not everyone will be able to invest their money because of the various rules and regulations. On the other hand, some people are manipulating the system even. So, I think it is not wise to limit people to invest. Instead, give a chance to everyone. You've got a point there, it have not come to my mind that it is actually owned by just a few person. But it is noted before the sale that there is a cap that an individual can purchase. Maybe there is some kind of a bot that they set-up to bought it. Lot of hype but at the end it is quickly dump for profit. Anyways, we are all here for the profit no matter what it takes. I am doubting the integrity of these IEOs now. Even bots can't compete with them.
I will not be surprised if the price of Veriblock will turned to be a disappointment in the future. Can someone explain the feasibility study that such IEOs can really be done within few seconds? Is there any loophole in their system? Veriblok IEO ended in 10 seconds on Bitrex and it was a huge success, but still, when it appeared on the exchange it`s price was -25 % comparing to the IEO price. Conclusion : IEOs cannot guarantee the positive return on investment.
That's indeed and the result of price for IEO will be determined if based on the hype and exchange site itself. Bittrex has no demand and that's why there was no a lot of orders for that token. People are over rated with IEO. I participated in TOP network ICO and it's not IEO but it can give me 30x

I think we should now be more focused on how these tokens have fared after IEO. Veriblock traded at 1.5 a day after IEO and currently hovering around the IEO price with a potential dump tomorrow. All these are happening barely one week since after IEO. Now my question is how long does it last before investors start recounting losses
