I have stayed away from cloud mining ever since I first saw BFL talking about it, but off lately I am seeing a growing trend in investors who are actually involved with cloud mining and are earning weekly returns.
I know how easily even the most trusted cloud mining service can turn out to be a scam, hence out of customer experience from people who have actually bought into these services, I would like to know :

Which is the most transparent cloud mining company ?
Which cloud mining company has the best customer service record ?
Most of them turned out that they are a scam comapnies and not legit . For now the most known as far as I know it's CEX.IO but they shutted down their services since the price has dropped a lot . but I guess they will be back once the price goes UP again .

i think grmining.com is running from a long and its still paying. But i don't about their customer support.
