I spent some hours speaking with this user. He has the good intention of buying one account, he even sent me some PSF codes for the account, but he can use as deposit only belgium PSF; as so, if you can't cashout those the deal has no point.
He is a bit annoying but you can get along with him. Speak with him; maybe you will have better luck than myself.

What exactly can you do with it ? Considering if you'll try to withdraw any balance you won t be able to as the bank account , or other ways of withdrawals have to match the personal information of the pokerstars's player info.
