Hi Sarahiko, please be patient, I'm sure it will sync soon, the DNS seed nodes are pretty busy with the rapid growth of the network. You could try me (2.96.172.217) as a node too.
To everyone else, PLEASE do this:

As I posted earlier, when I built the KGW release wallet, I forgot to compile UPNP into it. This has resulted in the DNS seeds taking a lot of the load, because not many users are accepting incoming connections.
It would really help if some more of you would re-download from vertcoin.org so you are accepting incoming connections so that new users can sync their wallets quickly.

Hi guys, I have a cudaminer on VPS setup to mimne dogecoins. When I pointed the port to mine Vertcoins, I got all invalid shares.
I have learned this is not jane script. Can anyone explain to me how to install this new script into my VPS through Linux? I am fairly new to mining, please help out a girl. Thank you guys!

As a result, that payout was made twice. I have taken it in the ass for about $1150 at todays price - I had to send 315VTC to the pool wallet from my own private funds to ensure users payouts wouldn't fail on the next run:
