consider that this is just an easy task but I think the amount that you are giving away is too little, since you are filtering the accepted and denied users why don't you make it higher into 10 000 satoshi ? anyway you mentioned that you are going to inform users if they are eligible to be paid or they are denied, so what are things that you consider to the users to be rejected for payment ? just asking .

Indeed. The negative effects of this kind of tasks is that it will make blockchain even more congested than it currently is. I say is a negative effect since it is a very low amount, I would suggest you OP to make it a weekly payout, shares, likes and then calculate and make weekly payouts. In this way, you could help in the blockchain traffic plus, more people may participate since it will be a higher amount.
