How many times did you withdraw from them? I tried to withdraw as they change the rules allowing only Full members to participate in bitcointalk campaign. So I decided to say goodbye and my coins are still pending. Well, it was a good ride, and indeed I started to question the effectiveness of this bounty. Good for devs they changed rules like that. But banning a user who they already allocated some bounty is just low.
