There is no way that a group of people or just a person who is charging you for giving you information could be actually making right decisions. Finance is not something like that, finance is exponential and there is no way you could need money from other people if you are rich yourself and if you are not rich that means you can't be great at what you are advising about.
If someone is great at predicting movements in markets they would do it themselves first, after they do it and realize that they are making profits they would keep doing that to get rich very quickly, if they are not making THAT much profit but charge you for it because they want both their trading profits and money from you, that means they are not doing so well to be independent and have enough income all by themselves.

No, it does not worth it cause I have never seen any VIP telegram group channel that was not meant to profit the group admin pockets and I dont see a reason in joining a group run by strangers when you easily learn trading analysis online. However, if you still experience difficult in learning it, you can use exchange site that offer free trading bot and all you need is to set how you want the bot to work for you.
very often such VIP telegram channels simply copy signals from other chats. Such VIP channels work for 2-3-4 months and then they just disappear and you can't even find the channel administrators
I never tried it but I can tell those channels is never worth it. They are self proclaimed experts giving such signals and there is no guarantee that it will always right, they are just like us using technical analysis, listening to news and just predicting the possible outcome. I heard some rumor before some of this channels are owned by whales or group of traders they are telling something to buy this particular coin so that they could dump at high price.
Telegram channel is just a place to trap people because usually they are the founders of that channel group who will try to buy coins first and after that they will give an announcement to their followers and the last one who enters will suffer huge losses because they are trapped in high prices. 
Never look for others advice to invest in. Most of the groups are Pnd schemes. Why would I ask you to buy a coin if I haven't bought it already and I would benefit from price pump.
The concept is like that, signal group already got the bag holds and they are promoting the coin to those who are lazy paying them
to provide the information, so totally the signal group will take all the benefits, you are lucky if after you bought there are people
who also bought behind you, you'll be able to catch some profits, but if you are the last one in line then expect that you'll be losing
your money.

By serfing on telegram I've found several channels that suggest plans to join their VIP signals channels/groups (but sometimes it seems to me they exagerate in term of the prices).

Don't waste your money on those channels, I have been to many of them. They ask me to pay $ 50 per month and give me good market signals, but not all predictions are correct. Those telegram channels were known as reliable source of information and hence attracted the value attached to it as Premium or VIP group. people felt comfortable subscribing to it as they got they value they paid for but then the entire process was high jacked and has now become a different ball game entirely. It isn't worth it anymore.
I already had a lot of these VIP channels and, unfortunately, they all provide poor quality information that does not bring money to people. And all the channels that I bought were closed after half a year.
At least you learnt from experience and if anyone tells you to pay for VIP channel trading signals, you won't listen to such person. Best way to succeed in trading is study TA, practice, make mistakes, improve, stick to your strategy and of course following the general trading rules like using stop loss, not being greedy, having patience etc.

I have joined in so many vip channels too and these groups were always creating click bait to make people buy the crap coins at the peak price to give the owner money. After there were accusations and they will be closed the group to create a new one.

not worth it at all. you will just be wasting your money and will often be fooled by false signals (this is according to my personal experience). Better to teach yourself about technical analysis of a market. I'm sure it will be much more useful than you follow/join the VIP channel. I think when they give the signals it is already up by 15 to 20 % they give siganls in the groups for further pump so that they can sell out their tokens. I do not believe in their signals.. they will only tell you about their profits it the loss...
How much are they offering or asking? I think it might be worth it depends on how many sources they get their signals or where source they get that signals since there's a lot of premium signal services out there and asking for too much but I think these channels are compiling all premium signal services to their channel that's why they might be asking for a higher price.
I would say some of them are worth it if you are early to the party. Quite a few of these kind of groups created their own token as well which then mooned hard. I heard a lot of them have airdropped their tokens to their early members so for them the membership was completely free. There are also VIP channels where you can access exclusive pre-sale deals via them, so those would probably have the best value.
To understand whether the price is too high or not, you need either friends in this group or try it yourself, in 2019 I bought several subscriptions, almost all turned out to be nonsense, now I have 1 channel left, with a lifetime subscription, sometimes I check with it, the price was adequate and I sometimes using their ideas.
Stay away, better learn and od it your self, they will give a signal but it's not really guaranteed it will happen.

In the long run, if you are too reliant on them, it will not be good for you as you might struggle when they leave, so for me, the best way is to learn yourself and grow as a trader, you don't need to start with a decent amount, start small and eventually you'll grow your capital as you start to feel some confidence on what you are doing.

This is not a wise decision to join these kind of vip telegram channels/groups which asks money to become a member, it's just another legerdemain of scammers to make people fool unfortunately some new people who doesn't have much understanding about crypto trading and investment easily falls in their trap and it's all ends with loss so it's better to avoid these kind of telegram groups/channels.
