I think, as the administrator did not admit that he is MC, it is likely that he will just collect money in during 100 hours, and then just will run away. In other words, no payments will not be made.

Looks fine to me. The NEXT PAYMENT isn't supposed to change until after the first 100 hours have past. I base this on what I read in the terms & conditions of the site. Payout of an investment doesn't happen until the timer hits zero.
