To provide you some idea about rationale of the lock-up amount, we will disclose the exact amount when we announce the mid-term plan.

Hi all, our engineer created another cool app!

This app will help you create an URI (something like a link) which by clicking, payment info will be automatically filled on the wallet.
For those who have own website, people may tip you by embedding URI generated by this app.
Readers can tip the writer super easility if they feel your article etc... fun/interesting etc....

We expect this app will help spreading VIPS tipping culture broadly and attract new VIPS holders once it becomes popular.

Also, our another engineer created QR code generator for smartphone users!
Once our smartphone wallet is officially released, you can automatically fill payment info by reading QR code generated by this app.
The engineer who created the URI we announced earlier is also currently working on QR code generator for Windows and Mac.

Of course, both engineers are VIPPER!
We are delighted to have such cool VIPPERs on our project! (and you are one of VIPPERs too)

its a nice project, cryptocurrency originated from a community called 'VIP' in 5chnnel, the largest Japanese textboards.
At an early stage of VIPSTAR project, A proposer created an Ethereum token and intended to list it on a cryptocurrency exchange.
However, an anonymous programmer in ‘VIP’ offered to create a new, original crypto by customizing the codes of HTMLCoin.
VIPSTARCOIN(VIPS) (to be/having been) listed on the exchange is the non-ERC token unlike most other cryptos used for projects in Japan.
Therefore, VIPS holders need to create a wallet that is exclusively used for VIPS coin and its derivative tokens.
To make a wallet, you need to download a program from our website. No personal information or identification data such as email addresses or phone numbers are needed.

"addnode=vipstar.dnsseed.tamami-foundation.org" into the next line.
