did the same on th 16th also and got a very interresting response in the folowing hour, that made my mind on keeping this coin a while and today I am very pleased to have canceled my selling orders on VUC.

Is this some kind of decentralized VPN?

Developer says that they're currently still in POW phase and that POS will begin once that is finished.

I spoke to the developers by email (took less as a day for them to reply) and they said they're currently engaged in developing a product and service.
From what they said I think it sounds promising and I look forward to hearing more.
They said they will be updating the site soon aswell.

this coin is dead

it's working for me again ; don't know what had caused the issue and whether it will come back again.

same issue here. checked block explorer urls below and both show the last block is 44521 and generated over 22hrs ago (same reported by my wallet)

The site is down and looks like this one too is going down the drain!! LOL
