Yes, it is definitely a scam coin. Now it is no longer listed on CMC and it no longer has any information. so even if it is traded at DEXs you should not buy, it is dead coin and will never live again.

Do you know where this coin come from? almost 10 years ago a website called virtapay that got money from a lot of people, the website and services were gone and transferred into virtapay, so not a good coin at all.
